school year, they offer
an outdoor school
program. Students will
hike trails and
participate in activities
that cover some (A
LOT!!!) of their Fifth
Grade Science skills.

*Forms will be with your Open House
paperwork in August
*There will be several important forms that
must be signed and returned for your child
to be able to attend. WITHOUT THESE
FORMS YOUR CHILD WILL NOT BE ALLOWED
TO ATTEND CAMP CLASSEN.

*All medicine must have a signed Doctor’s
note, even over the counter medicine (i.e.
Tylenol)
*Each medicine must have a separate signed
note
*All medicine will be kept and administered
by the nurse (Sooner staff), with the
exception of inhalers or epi-pens. These
will be kept in the student’s or counselor’s
backpacks. (There is a separate form for
these)
*
*ALL forms are due on August 29th
(Student and Counselor)
*ALL money is due on September 15th
(student)
*Medications must be turned in on or
before September 16th
*
*Last year, Camp Tuition was $90 per
student.
*We are working hard to gather donations
to get this down as low as possible. We
will have a final number by the beginning
of next year.
