Project Proposal Due Tuesday 3/11
• 1-2 pages
• Describe the area – include at least 5
references (even if unread)
• Describe the problem you plan to investigate
• Describe the data
• Include an evaluation plan
• Include your target publication venue (ideally
deadline is late May/June)
Project Proposal cont.
• Please bring *3* copies of your proposal to
class on Tue 3/11; be sure to include the
emails of each project member.
• You will each be assigned two proposals to
comment on and give suggestions and
feedback. Feedback will be due on 3/14.
• Mid-April: one page project update. By this
point, you should have your ‘ping’
