Informativa sulle Direttive WEEE_ROHS
Information concerning WEEE-ROHS DIRECTIVES
Company’s information related to the EU Directives on waste
recovery of used electrical and electronic equipment (WEEERAEE) and the restriction of the use of certain hazardous
substances (RoHS/RoHs2):
- la direttiva 2012/19/EU anche nota come WEEERAEE, è volta a prevenire e limitare il flusso di rifiuti di
apparecchiature destinati alle discariche, attraverso
politiche di riuso e riciclaggio degli apparecchi e dei loro
componenti,
- the directive 2012/19/EU, known as WEEE-RAEE , aims at
promoting waste recovery with a view to preventing and
reducing the quantity of waste of equipment for disposal, in
particular by reuse, recycling, composting and recovering of
equipments and its components,
- le direttive 2002/95/EG, 2011/65/EU “RoHS 2” – “RoHS
recast”, 2015-863-EU), riguarda l'elenco delle sostanze
con restrizioni d'uso nelle apparecchiature elettriche ed
elettroniche.

recast”, 2015-863-EU)– restriction of the use of certain
hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment.
La Direttiva WEEE-RAEE, si applica ai prodotti finiti
elencati nelle categorie della direttiva stessa
(allegato 1A), purché non siano parti di altri tipi di
apparecchiature che non ricadono nel campo di
applicazione (art. 2.1); ne consegue che i quadri
elettrici non ricadono nel campo di applicazione
WEEE-RAEE perché non sono prodotti finiti come
inteso nella direttiva e perché non ricadono in
alcuna delle 10 categorie elencate nell’allegato 1A e
sono componenti di altre apparecchiature che non
ricadono nel campo di applicazione.
The WEEE-RAEE directive is applied to the end-products
listed in the categories specified in the same directive
(attachment 1a), provided that they are not components
of different types of equipments not included in the
application field (article 2.1). As a consequence, boards
are not included in the application field of WEEE-RAEE,
because they’re not end-products as meant in the
directive, they are not included in any of the 10
categories listed in the attachment 1a and they are
components of different types of equipments not
included in the application field
Ne consegue che i quadri elettrici non ricadono
neppure nel campo di applicazione ROHS perché
questa prevede che i prodotti finiti che ricadono nel
campo di applicazione della direttiva WEEE-RAEE
non devono contenere determinate sostanze
pericolose.
ROHS directive provides that the end-products included
in the application field of the directive WEEE-RAEE don’t
hold certain hazardous substances.
Dunque i quadri elettrici non ricadono nel campo di
applicazione WEEE-RAEE e ROHS.
Sebbene eta spa non rientri nel campo di applicazione
delle suddette direttive, come accertato da approfondite
verifiche tecniche e legali, si e’ adeguata ai requisiti della
direttiva rohs 2002/95/eg e seguenti (2011/65/eu “rohs
2” – “rohs recast”, 2015-863-eu), così da rispettare le
limitazioni previste sull’uso delle sostanze pericolose,
dimostradosi ancora una volta sensibile alle
problematiche ambientali.
THEREFORE BOARDS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE
APPLICATION FIELD OF WEEE-RAEE AND ROHS
DIRECTIVES.
Although eta spa is not included in the application field of the
above-mentioned directives – as ascertained with careful and
in-depht technical and legal inspections – it is conforming to
the requirements of the directive rohs, valid from 1st july
2006, in order to comply with the limitations provided for the
use of hazardous substances, proving to be sensitive
towards environmental issues.
