Metodologia di ricerca
La ricreca viene effettuata mediante algoritmi basati su metodi statistici e sullo studio statistico di migliaia di casi ufficiali accaduti in Unione Europea e negli Stati Uniti in cui due marchi sono stati ritenuti confondibili.
Ciò significa che la ricerca avviene mediante le comuni metodologie applicate nella ricerca manuale: identità, similitudine (fonetica, ortografica, di vocali e di consonanti), errori ortografici, prefisso, infisso e variazione di suffisso, plurali e derivanti, abbreviazioni, acronimi ed altre similarità.
Analisi dei rischi
I risultati sono ordinati in base ad un'analisi statistica di migliaia di casi di marchi ritenuti confondibili dai tribunali di tutto il mondo.
