Edit Access - Administrators
 Edit all IRG data for their tribe or state
 Certify all IRG data
 Attend OCSE IRG conference calls
 Act as a point of contact for their tribe’s, state’s, or IRG data

 Users will need to register individually for access to the IRG
and will need to manage their own credentials
