Winning technology:
The photo on the right shows a
polyethylene workboat purchased in 2003
by the owner of a fish farm who works
daily in open sea, both in summer and
winter often in difficult conditions and
then continuously subjected to strong
mechanical stress and wearing due to
rubbing of metal cages and fish basins as
well as leaning against concrete jetties.
The owner stated that he had never done
any maintenance or repairs, and despite
all this continues to remain intact as the
day he bought it over 10 years ago.

STRENGHT AND ENDURANCE:
“ FENICE“ is made with a process of construction and structure as well as material which ensures solidity and
durability.
To support design calculations we did several tests on a product with similar characteristics and of the many
tests we describe the two most impressive:
1. Test: The boat was thrown to the ground on a concrete floor from a height of over 10 meters:
Conclusion: intact not even a dent .
2. Test: The product was leaning against a concrete pillar, while a forklift pressed a wood board of
5x5x50 cm all-out against it.
Conclusion: A deformation of ¾ cm with a return to its original shape after removing the
pressure.
Special candles are available for repairs in case of cracks. These are made of the same material that we will
provide along with the operating instruction.
“FENICE“ has a thickness of 18 mm of high strength composite material.

SAFE AND COMFORTABLE NAVIGATION
Rarely small boats are comfortable because they generally have a hull angle of 10°/12° which in jargon is
better know as flat hulls.
The hulls are considered deep already at 18 ° and the bottom of the "FENICE" has an entry angle of 23 °. This
allows the boat to have a stable and very comfortable attitude (trim) provided that the speed is adjusted to
the conditions of the sea.

The photo with the people allows you to see the size of the mould made of a special aluminium for moulds,
machined by a CNC machine with a tolerance of 3/100 mm and polished entirely by hand to give a higher
finishing quality than VTR.
