TBICS—Customer Feedback
• The TBICS tutorial exercise was “Very helpful--This is
a great way to get immersed in TBICS (so this maybe
was a ‘baptism by query?’). I'm a strong proponent of
‘learning by doing.’ “
• “I was able to get into TBICS and get around pretty
well. It is a little more complicated than the old
website, but is better organized and seems to have lots
more information.”
• “You have put together a wonderful and valuable tool
for the states. I appreciate it and even had fun doing
the exercises - you may remember that I am computer
phobic and ignorant!”
