The Team!
• Having a team culture is by far the most important aspect
of a successful program.
• Getting the swimmers to practice is the key…we’ll make
them work hard once they are there!
• In a team culture, swimmers will gain self confidence, a
sense of belonging, friends, people they can trust and an
arena in which they can gain success.
We intend to create this culture for your child.
