The application package MUST INCLUDE:
1) A CERTIFIED OR NOTARIZED Certificate of Highest Academic Education
2) An Official Year-by-Year Transcript of Highest Academic Education
3) Recommendation Letter (Preferred)
4) English Proficiency Certificate. Applicants who are native English-speakers or
have studied in an English-medium high school are not required to submit English
proficiency certificates.
