Assignment 1 a The Ear (part iv)

Identify parts of the ear on the diagram you are given in class.
(Unit 1 AC1.1)
• Label the diagram I give you - no conferring!
• Most parts of the ear have a medical name and a more
common name. If you can remember the medical one – that’s
good. But the common name is fine too. No difference in
marks whichever you do.
• No time limit.
• If you can’t remember something and have gaps – don’t panic
- you would get another chance another time.

your partner. The pack should have:
• a hearing aid fault finding sheet
• a tinnitus information pack
Put yourself in the client’s place. Think about aspects such as
whether the pack is:
user-friendly
accessible
manageable/easy to digest and find information
visually appealing
easily replicated for handing out
