Introduction
• SIHFW, an apex training institute of the H & FW
Dept. was established in 1996, under IPP- IX (K).
• It is also one of the collaborative training institute for
NIHFW.
• It is a nodal centre for e-learning courses

• It is a Nodal Centre in South India for distant learning
courses in Hospital Management, Diploma in Health
Promotion and Diploma in Health and Family
Welfare Management .
