amare come suo prossimo, egli risponde
presentando nella parabola del buon Samaritano
chi si è comportato da vero prossimo. In questo
tempo non mancano occasioni in cui possiamo
diventare prossimo di qualche persona sofferente o
in neccesità.
Vanspec Camp: Sarà dal 10 al 15 luglio.
Acompagnamoli con la nostra preghiera, perche con
questa esperienza accolgano la misericordia di Dio.
Festa della Madonna del Carmine sarà il venerdì
15 luglio alle 6:30 pm. Felicitiamo le nostre Suore
Carmelitane Missionarie Teresiane nella festa della
loro patrona. Dopo la Sta Messa, ci sarà un
momento per condividire. Vi speriamo!
L’Annuale Dia Alegre = Festival dei Popoli sarà il
1 Agosto, BC Day. La preparazione
è già iniziata. Se sei interessato ad
aiutare il gruppo di volontari che

Permanente: L’Arcivescovo Miller ha annunciato
che il terzo gruppo di uomini comincerà la loro
formazione per il Diaconato Permanente a
settembre. Le lezioni saranno da settembre a giungo,
un venerdì al pomeriggio e un sabato di ogni mese.
Si farà lo sforzo per venire incontro alle necessità di
uomini con famiglie giovani. Uomini da 31 a 60 anni
possono compilare la scheda, con il firme
consentimiento (appoggio) della moglie. Per

Announcements
Without the help of grace, men would not know
how to discern the often narrow path between the
cowardice which gives in to evil, and the violence
which under the illusion of fighting evil only makes
it worse. This is the path of charity, that is, of the
love of God and of neighbor. Charity is the greatest
social commandment. It respects other and their
rights. It requires the practice of justice, and it
alone makes us capable of it.
VANSPEC CAMP is July 10-15. Let us keep all of
them (staff, volunteers and children) in our
prayers. May this be a joyful and successful
experience through which God’s Mercy is
showered and lived.
TCM invite you to celebrate the Feast of Our
Lady of Mount Carmel, their Patroness, on Friday,
July 15 at 6:30 pm. Let us join them in prayer and
thanksgiving... Please bring sweets for sharing! All
are invited!
Funding Hope Society and Volunteers: We
thank you for all your prayers and support. We
have already signed the order to drill the water
well! Our next project is to fundraise for the water
pump and well house on Sat, July 30th.

DIA ALEGRE = FESTIVAL OF NATIONS will be held on
BC Day, August 1 —a fun day, a cultural feast to
celebrate the gifts of life & talents, values &
diversity, races & nations!
 Meeting for table leaders for Día Alegre will be
on Monday, July 11 at 7:00 pm.
 Volunteers needed to take out lumber on
Monday 25th and to help set up and take down the
stage. Help is also needed to make and prepare
piñatas. Please contact the sisters.

FOR
PERMANENT DIACONATE: Archbp. Miller has
announced that a third group of men will begin
formation for the Permanent Diaconate in Sept.
Classes will run from Sept to June, on one Friday
evening and one Sat each month. Efforts will be
made to accommodate the needs of men with
younger families. Men aged 31-60 are eligible to
apply, with the firm support of their wives. For

Catholic Charismatic Conference Sept 23-24:
Everyone is invited to this conference to be held at
Broadway Church, 2700 E. Broadway. Bishop
Sam Jacobs is a guest speaker, along with Dr

arzob Miller anunció que el tercer grupo de hombres
iniciará su formación para el Diaconado Permanente en

acomodar las necesidades de hombres con familias
