There are currently about 6,000 of 10,000 EB-5 visas
remaining for investors and family members. If
demand patterns are identical to last FY2012,
approximately 150 will remain at the end of the year.

average processing time of 11.7 months.

between FY2010 to FY2012, USCIS received nearly a
300% increase in I-526 filings. Below is a summary of
the I-526 filing data:

Director to oversee regional center promotion,
