What is good health?
 Health isn’t just the absence of disease.
 “Health is a state of well-being and
capacity to function in the face of changing
circumstances.”
 Wellness factors: physical, emotional,
social, intellectual, occupational, spiritual.
 Remember to ask yourself this question in
a stressful situation: “Is this worth one of
my T-Cells?” (burning T-cells contributes to heart disease)
