Objectives
• Convey overall status of progress on transition from
ECS to S4PA for SORCE data support
• Illustrate that SORCE data support from S4PA is
operational
• Conclude that GES DISC evolution is complete for
SORCE data

SORCE L0 data
• Datatypes:
– SORL0TLM
– ~200 GB/year
• Data Source: LASP/Boulder
• Level-0 migration is complete and S4PA reconciliation with ECS holdings has
been done
• Cutover of L0 flow from LASP/Boulder completed January 2007.
• Archive
– Primary Archive Location : auraraw1
– Replicated Archive Location: rep1
• Backups
– Backup tapes (primary archive only) are taken over weekly to building 28
• Distribution
– L0 data unpublished, unadvertised in hidden directory
– FTP; No subscriptions. MRI in place for SORCE/LASP to acquire data if needed.

SORCE L3 data
• Datatypes
– SOR3SSID, SOR3TSI6, SOR3TSID (acdisc)
• ~45 MB/year
• Data released to public January 2007
• Data available WHOM, Mirador, WIST/ECHO
– For SOR3TSI6 and SOR3TSID a new granule is delivered every day. This
new granule replaces the old one. All granules have the same Begin Date:
2003-02-25 03:00:00.0000000 for SOR3TSI6 and 2003-02-25
12:00:00.0000000 for SOR3TSID
• Data Source: SORCE @ LASP/Boulder
• SOR3TSI6, SORTSID (V002), SOR3SSID (V004) all in S4PA
