건강 진단서 Medical Certificate
해당학생이 신규 외국인등록 시 보건소에서 발급한 건강진단서는 필수 제출서류 입니다. International
students from below 16 countries must submit a medical certificate issued by the local community health center
for alien registration.
대상 Subjects: 아래 16개 국가 출신 유학생 16 Nationalities as below:
Bangladesh, Cambodia, China, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Mongolia, Nepal,
Pakistan, Philippines, Russia, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Uzbekistan, Vietnam
제출서류 Required Documents
① Passport with D-2 Visa 학생비자가 발급된 여권
② Standard ID Color Photograph (3 * 4 cm) 규격에 맞는 증명사진
③ Fee 수수료 ₩300
절차 Process
서대문보건소 방문  민원실 접수  결핵 검진(X-Ray)  최소 1일 이후 건강진단서 발급되
면 찾아오기
Visit Seodaemoon Community Health Center  Register at the Service Room  Take the X-Ray
Examination for Tuberculosis  Receive Medical Certificate at least 1 day after examination

 How to get to the Immigraton Office by subway
•Take subway line 5 and get off at Omokkyo station
• Follow the signs ‘To seoul Immigraion Office’ inside the station & Take Exit no.7
• Go straight for appx. 10 min and turn right at the 2nd intersection
• Go straight until you reach the three-way intersection and cross the street
• On your opposite side, you will see the gray builidng of the Seoul Immigration Office
