하이닉스반도체와 거래함에 있어서

하이닉스용으로 생산하고 유통시키는 모든 제품이 “하이닉스 협력사 행동규범”에
적합한 제품임을 보증하며, 아래의 내용을 준수할 것을 서약 합니다.
1.공급자의 책임 및 의무
1.1 협력사는 “하이닉스 협력업체 행동규범” 준수를 위해 상업적으로 합당한 수준으로
자신 혹은 2차 협력업체의 운영에 책임이 있다.
1.2 협력사는 하이닉스의 요청이 있을 시 “하이닉스 협력사 행동규범”의 요구사항에 대한
개선사항 및 진척현황 보고를 제출한다.
1.3 협력사는 자신 혹은 2차 협력사로부터 제출 받은 보고의 정보를 확인하기 위하여
하이닉스 혹은 임명된 대표자에게 협력사의 적절한 기록에 접근 권한을 제공한다.
2. 서약서 범위
2.1 협력사는 이 서약이 현재 하이닉스와 협력사간 맺어져 있는 모든 공급계약에
적용됨에 동의한다.

Declaration of Compliance with Hynix Supplier Code of Conduct
To Hynix Semiconductor Inc. and its Supplier (collectively “Hynix”),
We, ____________(“Supplier”) hereby warrant and represent that
when manufacturing all products to be Supplied to Hynix Semiconductor Inc. or its
affiliates starting __________________(“Date”) will, except to the extent the
below substance limits are adjusted by change of applicable laws or per Hynix’s
Instruction to do so, comply with the requirements of Hynix Supplier Code of
Conduct.
1.Supplier Responsibility
1.1 Supplier will be responsible to the extent commercially reasonable for its
and its suppliers’ operations to comply with Hynix’s Supplier Code of Conduct.
1.2 Supplier will submit an improvement action and progress report to meet
the requirements of Hynix’s Supplier Code of Conduct upon request by
Hynix.
1.3 Supplier will provide Hynix, or its authorized representative, reasonable
access to Supplier’s relevant records, in order to verify information in the
report provided by Supplier and its suppliers.
2. Scope of Declaration
2.1 Supplier agrees that this declaration shall apply to all existing Supply
Contracts between Supplier and Hynix.
