Check system data
 운영시스템의 system type은 productive이며 변경할수 없습니다.

Check clients
 Clients 000과 066은 자동으로 제외됩니다.
 측정할 client만을 선택합니다.(운영시스템에서 운영client만을 선택합니다.)

Price list를 선택합니다.
 SAP와 계약된 price list를 선택합니다.
 선택된 price lists는 다음 단계에서 선택할수 있는 유저 타입을 결정합니다.

 `User Classification` 버튼을 클릭합니다.
 등록한 클라이언트를 입력합니다.
 실행버튼을 클릭합니다.

유저를 분류
 유저들을 클릭하시고 분류합니다.
– 단일 유저선택
– 여러명의 유저를 선택
 사용자 유형을 계약에따라 선택
 모든 유저들을 계약에 따라 분류

Maintain되지 않은 유저들을 분류합니다.
 분류되지않은 모든 유저들을 한번에 분류 할수 있습니다.
 리스트에서 새로운 유저타입을 선택합니다.

 리스트에서 현재 분류되어있는 유저 타입을 선택합니다.

User Classification Support Tools – Price List Migration
Price list 변경합니다.
 Price list를 변경할 경우 기존에 분류된 유저들도 변경될 Price list에 따른 유저
타입으로 재분류하여야 합니다.
 메뉴 Bar에서 아래와 같이 실행을 합니다.
 Environment => Price List Migration

유저유형을 변경합니다.
 리스트중 기존 유저타입을 대체할 새로운 유저타입을 선택 합니다.
 Migration을 실행합니다.

Test user를 분류
모든 technical유저를 테스트유저로 분류할수있습니다. ID 91
Technical 유저는
 System users
 Service users
 Reference users
 Communication users
 SAP users, e.g. SAP*, DDIC etc.

Multi client/-system User를 분류
한명의 유저는 하나의 라이센스만을 필요로합니다.
 한유저가 여러개 clients혹은 시스템에 존재할 경우 Multi client/-system
User로 분류해야만 해당 유저의 ID가 중복 Counting되는것을 피면할수
있습니다.
 해당 유저일 경우 최소한 한번은 Chargeable 사용자로 분류가 돼야 합니다.

Multi client/-system User를 분류
 분류하려는 유저를 Double click하여 선택한다음 Multi client/-system User로
선택합니다.ID 11.
 해당 유저가 Chargeable로 Counting이 된System ID, client number, user
ID 를 입력합니다.
 Mass change와 price list migration의 기능은 multiclient/-system user에
적용되지 않습니다.

1. New system measurement 버튼을 클릭합니다.(실행이 완료되기를
기다립니다.)
2. LOG버튼을 클릭합니다.
3. Send to SAP버튼을 클릭하여 온라인으로
