The competition management will not

The Registration fee is € 100,00 (cento,00
euro) and it is not refundable. It will be
refundable only in the case the Application
willnotbeaccepted.

The Application Form must necessarily

• Photocopy of Italian Tax code or
Photocopy of the tax number issued in
one’scountryofcitizenship

All candidates must present together with
the Application Form a statement with the
nameoftheirteacherandtheexactduration
ofthepiecessubmitted.
Art.9
The candidates will be excluded if they will
not be present on Monday 25th July at
CompetitorsSecretaryatCentroCongressidi
BaselgadiPinè(Trento)viaC.Battisti102,in
order to confirm their participation. On
Monday 25th it will also be possible to
practise the Steinway Piano of the
Competition.
TheselectionwillstartonJuly26th2016.

The Competition organisers will provide the
string quartet for the chamber music round.
The3candidatesadmittedtothefinalround
willrehearsalwiththequarteton29thJuly

All the rounds are public. Competitors will
play in alphabetical order starting from a
letterdrawnbylot.

Candidates will provide for the Jury two
copies of the scores of the program
submitted.

Art.13
The jury comprises eminent musicians of
differentnationalities.Inthecaseofteaching
relationship or kinship with a candidate, a
jury member must abstain from voting; a
statement about that will be signed at the
beginningofthecompetition.
Art.14
TheJury,appointedbytheArtisticDirectorof
the Competition, will have the faculty to
assign one or more prizes ex-aequo. In this
case the prizes will be divided into equal
parts. The Jury will announce the winners
aftertheFinalConcerton3othJuly2016.The
decisionoftheJuryisfinalandnoappealis
admitted.
Art.15
Theorganiserswillnotberesponsibleofany
damagetopeopleand/orthingsduringthe
Competition.
Thepartecipantswillrenouncetoeveryright
touseandexploitradioand/ortelevision
recordingsoftheirperfomances.
Theentryapplicationimpliestheacceptance
ofalltherulessetandofeverynecessary
changesmadebytheArtisticDirector.Inthe
caseofdispute,theItalianversionofthe
officialrulesshallprevail.

Partecipants authorise the Associazione
DistrattaMusatoprocesstheirpersonaldata
in order to handle their registration for
Premio Melini, and for all necessary
administrative and promotional activities
which Association intends to under take.
Under the terms of Italian legal degree
n.196/2003, partecipants may at any time
have access to their personal data and
requestmodificationand/orcancellation
