– Extractable nuclear antigen (ENA) autoantibody panel

Before You Biopsy…
• Can you confirm the diagnosis without a biopsy?
• Is it safe?
– Extensive honeycombing
– Pulmonary hypertension
– High oxygen requirements
– Progressive disease
• Avoid a “diagnostic trial” of steroids if possible
• Consider referral to an ILD center
