Work Pathways Program
is aimed
To assist the women who have
been effected by the criminal
justice system to give the
women opportunity to access
education and training.
How the Work Pathways Program
assist the women
Assisting
by gathering information on
the following
- career choice,
- school based and
- full time employment.
Give
the participants ongoing support
and guidance throughout the year.
The Work Pathways Program consists of:
30 hours of accredited training
One on One training with an experience industry
trainer
Assistance with work preparation skills and
vocational training
Full time support from two qualified trainers
Accredited training that is nationally recognized
The modules within
the Work Pathways Program :
Workplace Health and Safety,
Basic business Computering,
Preparation of Business Documents,
Development of Job Acquisition Skills, and
Accessing Employment and Training
options
