 A thermodynamically perfect process
o Is completely reversible
• Generates no entropy
• Destroys/loses no exergy
o Generates no pollution/global warming gases
 All real processes destroy exergy, which results in

heat recovery steam generator
 Modeling: MathCad
o Not Excel or MatLab
o Will teach MathCad in Class
 Reports:
o ~ 7 total (4 HW, 2 for MT’s and 1 for Final)  1 every 2
