Overview
In the legacy system, when a traveling agency books the hotel room via
Amadeus Selling Platform which requires the operation staff to manually send the
booking request via e-mail to the hotel booking queue.
So AeTM Hotel on Request has provided the automatic Window service
to send the e-mail to hotels booking queue via Amadeus’s Web Service in order to
retrieve booking information for verification and processing. System also provides
the Back-end website for configuration setting, activity log viewer and usage
report.

Overview
AMEX (American Express) Passive Hotel Booking is a custom Window
application that runs on other vender machines which are outside Amadeus
Selling Platform.
System has the functions to enquiry, create, maintain and delete the
booking information in Amadeus Selling Platform. System interfaces with
Amadeus API by sending the data in AMEX format.

Overview
AirAsia Ticketless Access System is a custom Window application that
runs on other vender machines which are outside Amadeus Selling Platform for
low cost airline booking via Amadeus API. AirAsia is the first airline which
interfaces with Amadeus Selling Platform. Purposes of this application are to
provide the similar look-and-feel with original AirAsia website, but a lot easier and
faster which requires only 5-clicks to book a flight.

Product Development System (PDS) is a web-based application which

products among various partners and Business Units within Allianz Global
Assistance. Authoring System is a Window-based application which provides the
functions as same as Product Management System (PDS). User shall be able to
create the products among various partners and Business Units within Allianz
Global Assistance. Dashboard System is a web-based application that consolidate
the data and provide the summary reports to partners and Business Units. Alert
System is an automate Windows Service which provides the features to send
email notification to partners and summarize the transaction data to Dashboard
system.

CRM Now is an Australian company who mainly implements the
customization for Oracle CRM On-Demand. In this project, CRM Now implements
this project for Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA)
This project is to implement an automated Windows Service which will
synchronize the data between Oracle CRM On-Demand and DNCR system.
• Import Opt-in\out data from DNC system to Oracle CRM On Demand
• Export Opt-in\out data Oracle CRM On Demand to from DNC system
• Maintain Opt-in\out status in CRM On Demand. The longest Opt-out status is
28 days before expired.

Overview
CRM Now is an Australian company who mainly implements the
customization for Oracle CRM On-Demand. In this project, CRM Now implements
this project for Optus (One of the leading Telecom Service Providers in Australia)
This project is a web-based application. It provide pages to send email
and SMS to their client.

Overview
This project is to implement a centralized web service to manage the
access control and share user session between other systems that Augmentis
(Thailand) implements for HSBC Thailand. There is an existing UAM database so
that we could remain the data structure.
In order to fulfill the purpose, UAM system creates a Web service for
other systems to authenticate the logon user and get the authorization
configuration from database. Once user has been authenticated, UAM creates a
session for current user on UAM system. Other systems must call another Web
service to check if the user session exists or required a new logon. As well as if
user has his access right, current system must allow only accessible menu, page
and controls.

Overview
This project is to implement a website to manage the daily process of
cheque printing of client’s customers. OCP system has provided these features as
listed below:
• Maintain Customer profile which will control the limit of cheque amount as well as
the other details required for validation.
• Maintain Amount and Balance which will calculate the available amount in HSBC
account. It also supports the import functionality to load the current balance file
into system.
• Maintain the approval/reject of each request.
• Maintain Cheque Printing which will print out the data on cheque.

Overview
This project is to implement a website to manage the daily transactions
which are paid to HSBC’s customers at bank counter by cash or cheque. DMC system
has provided these features as listed below:
• Import the transaction files from other banks and conform those data within DMC
system. It also supports the rollback import batch and generates an invalid
transaction report.
• Maintain the details of imported transactions and reconcile each cheque’s status.
• Export the transactions to its backbone system in order to synchronize the data
between two systems.
• Calculate monthly transaction fees of each customers and export data to backbone
system to credit fees.

Overview
This project is to implement a window application to manage the actual
sales data which collected by KBANK. CCRP has provided these features as listed
below:
• Import Tender sales report, MT940 statement, Forecast budget report and Special
adjustment report in order to consolidate those data.
• Render pivot table and export the consolidation report by applying the formulas
provided by HSBC.
• In order to manage the transactional data in long term, CCRP allows user to be
able to set the archiving period so that system could automatically backup the data
and purge them from database. System also provides the screen for manually
archive the data.
