Painting on Real Objects
Using two projectors and a magnetic
tracker, this demo lets users pick up
everyday objects and paint color and
texture on them using a magnetic
stylus. As the object moves around,
the “paint” stays registered with it,
augmenting its appearance with the
illusion of material properties.
