• Boys U/11can enter (see attached rules)
• U/13,U/15,U/17, U/19 and Girls can enter (Must have a
handicap, a players ID and be tournament golf “ready.” No
caddies and “the parents 40 meter rule” applies)
• Parent/player must provide us with all the player’s information
• Events played at different Golf Courses in the Eastern Cape
• Enter via e-mail [email protected]
• We run a “Stroke Ave” and “Order of Merit” in all age groups.
• EP team selections as per EPGU Standards in age groups
U/13,U/15,U/17, U/19 and Girls
• EP “Invitational” selections for U/11. If you want to be
considered for EP U/13 team selection then you must play all
Junior Golf Events in the U/13 Division

Role and Responsibility
• Network and communication
• Coordinating role (e-mails, time sheets,
sponsorships, prize giving, results)
• Identify players who can compete at the next
level and encourage them to enter in the EP
Junior Golf Events (U/11, U/13,U/15,U/17, U/19
and Girls)
• Education/etiquette role and not a coaching role
• Maintain an “Order of Merit” and Handicap
System
