 Since 2004, five user surveys were conducted
campus-wide. The survey covers:
——Library Users Satisfaction
——Electronic Resources Development and Utilization
——Printed Collections and Utilization
——Behavior of Library Users
——Library Users Access Service Quality
through these surveys, the library received a
large number data to be analyzed and a lot of
valuable information, promoted communication
with our users.
