Meeting the Wants and Needs

     Printer is small, which allows the operator to see everything going on with the printer, making it easier for the operator to make adjustments.

Self-cleaning mode helps the operator to keep print quality at the highest level possible. “Our current capabilities are #2 size font”. This unique feature is totally automatic but has a manual mode to switch to when time is a factor.

No leaks because our doctor-blade setup is a hybrid of a chambered doctoring system and bottom trough doctoring system. We doctor the ink onto the anilox roll then doctor the excess off with the primary blade.

The Print Drum is easy to remove (1 to 2 minutes) allowing for shorter maintenance periods.

Small modular design,12” x 12” x 36”, allows the printers to be stacked, giving the customer multi-color capabilities.

 Over 30 years experience in building machinery automation, flexographic printers, and packaging machines while focusing on the customer’s specific wants and needs while meeting their high quality standards.

Benefits of Morin Flexo Technologies

The Morin flexographic printer is the smallest and most durable in the industry. Its modular design allows for stacking the printers for multi-color printing up to four colors. This unit insures repeatability to within three encoder pulses (1 Pulse is equal to .00137 inches) at fifteen cycles per minute. This encoder will follow the index cycle of any form, fill, and seal machine. The Morin “Intelligent Ink Management System” comes standard with the printer and includes the automated cleaning cycle. Our patented single valve for ink and cleaners, eliminates leaking from back up of semi-dried ink. This no ink flooding system also holds the ink trough and doctor blade horizontally under anilox roll, stopping any ink loss. The anilox roll is ceramic-coated and laser engraved for extended wear.
