Self regulated and self financing institution,
Difficulties in communication with the state,
No influence on future organisation,
Theoretically lot of power, practically always
to negotiate about authorisations rules and
rights.
Every time after the changing Statutes,
government must give permission to
introduce.

 All vet’s obligatory members of the Chamber
 Six sections – private, education and
diagnostic, official vet’s, industry, army and
insurance vet’s
 3 big sections and 3 small ones –problem
with decission process

PUBLIC AUTHORISATION
Licence – necessary to get together 35 hours of
education per year, valid for 10 years,
 Public register of all vet’s – difficult to manage
 Registration of veterinary practices – every 3 years,
 Professional supervission of the practices
-regular every 3 years,
- extraordinary – whebever is necessary
 Supervission of the vet’s – additional education or
examination



 Disciplinary measures only for private
vet’s

 State veterinarians difficult to find
interests –they don’t want to be

 Small sections have bigger influence


SERVICE IN EU AND CEEC,
 UNNECESSARY SUPPORT OF STATE
STRUCTURES DURING
REORGANISATION BY BRUSSELS
ADMINISTRATION DURING ACSESSION
PROCESS,
 MORE OR LESS MINOR TRADITION AS
SELF REGULATED PROFESSION.
