Scheduling Tasks
1. Go to “Start” -> “Control Panel”.
2. Click on the “Scheduled Task”. As the name indicates, Scheduled task
allows you to scheduled programs to open on a recurring basis that you
set the schedule for.
3. On the Scheduled Task window that opens click “Add Scheduled task”.
The “Scheduled Task Wizard” window pops up.
4. Click “Next>” to schedule a task. A window pops up with the default
programs. You can click “Browse” to look for other programs you like to
schedule.
5. Select the program, and click “Next>” to continue .In this window
you can assign the scheduled program your preferred name and
the period of recurrence.
6. On continuing by clicking “ Next>”, a window opens where you can
enter the start time for running the program.
7. When you have selected the timings and click “Next>”, Windows will ask for
you username and password. Enter the data in the respective fields and
click “Next>”
8. The next window, confirms your settings. Click “ Finish” after verification.
