m/z 729.8 = [M+2H]/2

M=(729.8x2)-2=1457.6

2. MS/MS fragmented ions : next page 3.

Leu(L)=Ile(I)

and Phe(F)=Met(M) oxidation have the same MW ; It means that L or F can be replaced with I or M, respectively.
