 Use Year, Month, Account as Rid Number
 Where data is spread over 100 Rids, for
example, use last 2 digits of HF No as Rid
Number. Numbers with digits 00 will be found
in rid 100. This allows for rapid data access for
updates and enquiries.


the Rid number. Digits 000 are found in rid 1000
All other Systems are spread across 100 rids, the last 2 digits
of the member number being the rid number .
This provides for instant access and rapid speed of processing
for enquiry or updating by member number
