Introduction
CSI Contractors, Inc.
In 1999, Ron and Cara Paulk began building CSI Contractors. The goal was to create a
construction company that minimized the reliance of subcontract labor and services.
The company officially incorporated in January 2002 to become CSI Contractors, Inc.
In 2002, CSI Contractors, Inc. (CSI) formed an alliance with HCI Steel Building
Systems, Inc. This proved to be a strategic move for both companies, as CSI soon

remained HCI Steel's top seller and authorized builder of steel buildings.
The dream of maintaining a full service turn-key construction company has been
realized. CSI employs over 40 craftsmen that complete nearly all phases of construction
in-house, including preliminary engineering and design. This structure allows CSI to
control costs, quality and scheduling. Customers also enjoy the convenience of the CSI
structure. They are more involved and have greater control in the decisions regarding
their project.
