Staffing & Ratios
 Bengal Cubs Coordinator – Jill Sidote
 Ran successful day care centers for the Department of
Defense (17 years)
 Provided successful private day care prior to working in
Barnegat
 Resident of Barnegat
 “Care Givers” – Early Learning Center workers
 Ratios are:
 1:4 for students up to 12 months of age
 1:7 for students up to 2 years old
 1:10 for students up to 3.5 years old
 1:12 for students from 3.5 years to five
 Utilizing Manual of Requirements for Child Care Centers
under the State of New Jersey, Department of Children and
Families as a guideline.

 Registration for new students is open!
 Complete the application located on the district website.

 You will then receive an acceptance letter from the Bengal
Cubs Early Learning Center
