Un’architettura totem luminosa e specchiante. Un punto
fermo per chi vuole trovarsi nel cuore del cambiamento.
PHARO. Geometrie volutamente sfalsate creano pattern
di grande impatto. Un nuovo centro direzionale strategicamente
posizionato fra Portello, City Life e la futura Milano Alta,
nell’area di Milano più densa di sviluppi per il business. Un
complesso che riflette il contesto urbano circostante e
dialoga con esso, progettato secondo i più avanzati criteri
dell’eco-compatibilità e dell’efficienza energetica.
An emblematic shining, mirror-like architecture. An anchor
for anyone who wants to be in the heart of change.
PHARO. Intentionally shifting geometries create extremely
striking patterns. A new office center strategically
situated between Portello, City Life, and the future Milano
Alta, in Milan’s most densely developed business area.
A complex that reflects the surrounding urban area
and communicates with it, designed according to the
most advanced criteria of eco-compatibility and energy
efficiency.

dialoga con lo spazio.
A structure that communicates with the space.
PHARO sorgerà in un punto di massima apertura e
movimento verso ogni direzione, interna e esterna alla città.
Il corpo centrale e, integrati ad essa in un continuum spaziale,
due edifici avvolti nello stesso gioco di specchi si innestano fra
quattro direttrici: via Gattamelata, viale Teodorico, via Traiano
e via Faravelli. L’accesso diretto alle autostrade
fa dell’intera struttura un polo ancora più strategico.
PHARO will rise in a location open to all directions, making
it easy to get anywhere in or outside the city. The central
structure and, integrated with it in a spatial continuum, two
buildings that follow the same mirror pattern, connect to four
urban arteries: via Gattamelata, viale Teodorico, via Traiano,
and via Faravelli. Direct access to highways makes the entire
complex a strategic center.

An ideal place of departure
Di estrema raggiungibilità, PHARO dà facile accesso sia
ai punti nevralgici del centro storico e sia ad aeroporti e
stazioni ferroviarie. Con le metropolitane M5 e M1 si arriva in
pochi minuti alle Stazioni ferroviarie per l’Alta velocità
Garibaldi e Milano Centrale, e a piazza Cadorna e piazza
Duomo. A breve distanza anche il passante Ferroviario e
facilmente raggiungibili gli aeroporti di Linate e Malpensa.
Approdo ideale da ogni direzione e da chi arriva da fuori
città, PHARO accoglie ospiti e tenants in una reception vasta
e luminosa. Soffitti altissimi, terrazze e vetrate. Uno spazio
mosso e prestigioso, emblematico di un’architettura che si

With its extremely convenient location, PHARO offers
easy access to both downtown key points and to airports
and train stations. Metro lines M5 and M1 will take you to
the Garibaldi and Milan Centrale high speed train stations,
and to Piazza Cadorna and Piazza Duomo, in just a few
minutes. The city rail link is also close by and the Linate
and Malpensa airports are easy to reach.
Easy to get to from any direction, PHARO welcomes
guests and tenants in a large, well-lighted reception area.

Working within change
PHARO sorge in un contesto urbano dove tutto è in
evoluzione. Architettura residenziale e direzionale. Servizi
e cultura. Sport e turismo. La riqualificazione del Portello e
progetti di portata internazionale come Citylife, fanno di
quest’area uno dei poli metropolitani più avanzati, con una
forte attenzione a sostenibilità e spazi a misura d’uomo.
Polmoni verdi come Parco Vittoria, infrastrutture come il
ponte ciclopedonale del Portello. E all’orizzonte il progetto
Milano Alta con la Green Street, percorso in quota di 1 km,
nuovo tassello di una rete pedonale sempre più vasta e
completa.
PHARO is located in an urban environement of the city
where everything is changing. Residential and directional
architecture. Services and culture. Sports and tourism. The
redevelopment of Portello, internationally important projects
such as Citylife, make this area one of the most advanced
metropolitan centers, with great attention to sustainability and
people-friendly spaces. Green areas like the Parco Vittoria,
infrastructure like the Portello bicycle/pedestrian bridge. And
coming up is the Milano Alta project with its Green Street, a
1 kilometer long raised pathway that adds a new piece to an
ever larger and more complete pedestrian network.

are illuminated in the evening, transforming into veils of light.

Corso Sempione to the vast pedestrian network of Portello,
to Viale Scarampo. Entering from the overpass and the
Gattamelata Tunnel that will soon be opening, PHARO will be
