unità di imballaggio: 10 pezzi o multipli di 10, per tipo e quantità (inserti o ricambi)
trasporto: la merce viaggia sempre a rischio e pericolo del committente
reclami: non si accettano reclami di quantità trascorsi dieci giorni dal ricevimento della merce
resi: resi o restituzioni vengono accettati solo se preventivamente autorizzati e se effettuati entro
dieci giorni dall'emmissione della bolla di consegna, indicando gli estremi dei documenti relativi
alla fornitura, sempre che la confezione non sia stata aperta e il prodotto non sia stato usato o
