Anyways, this little gem is a great essay on the topic of walking. The premise is that walking is
good for the body, mind and soul. I do not believe many people would refute this, but Thoreau is
eloquent and assertive on the subject and I believe makes a great case for this great alternative
to anything else one does in life.
