Deze topchef en voormalig Michelin
sterhouder ontwikkelde de gerechten volgens
de Foodpairing methode. Deze methode
baseert zich op de aroma’s in voeding, voor
de creatie van vernieuwende en verrassende
gerechten.

is open even after Tavola closing hours.
We strongly recommend the Foodpairing
restaurant with dishes created by Peter
Coucquyt. This top chef and former Michelin
star holder has created his dishes using the
food pairing method. This method is based
on using the natural aromas and flavours
of ingredients to create innovative and
surprising dishes.
