Frans leren van
Franstaligen
Onze docenten zijn native speakers
en allen gediplomeerd in het
onderwijzen van Frans als vreemde
taal (FLE Master of Gelijk waarig). Zij
onderwijzen het Frans in het Frans,
ook de beginnerscursussen, om u
zo snel mogelijk vertrouwd te maken
met alledaags Franse uitdrukkingen.

Dit
referentiekader onderscheidt vijf
taalvaardigheden (luistervaardigheid,
leesvaardigheid, schrijfvaardigheid,

Tijdens de intake wordt uw exacte
niveau bepaald en wordt u ingedeeld

Bij deze cursus informeel Frans zullen veel alledaagse uitdrukkingen
die voorkomen in verschillende media, literatuur, films en muziek de
revue passeren. We bestuderen eveneens de dubbele betekenis van
bepaalde woorden en uitdrukkingen. Wij zullen deze uitdrukkingen
samen bespreken en oefenen. Op deze manier krijgt u een goed
beeld van het verschil tussen formeel gebruik en een meer alledaags
gebruik van de Franse taal.

Voor deze cursus formeel Frans zullen wij brieven en e-mails
bestuderen, passend in een administratieve en professionele context.
De focus ligt hierbij hoofdzakelijk op schrijfvaardigheid, het is mogelijk
om uw werk te laten corrigeren door de docent. Wat betreft de
mondelinge taalvaardigheid vinden er meerdere gesprekken plaats
in het Frans, eveneens gericht op een professionele werkomgeving.

deze ontmoetingen op de Alliance bijdragen aan
een goede ondersteuning van een dynamisch
leertraject, zij stellen de deelnemer tevens in
staat om ook zijn/haar spreekvaardigheid te
verbeteren. Deze face-to-face gesprekken
tussen docent en cursist zijn een goede
aanvulling op de individuele online-oefeningen
bestaande uit een gevarieerd aanbod van
simulatie- oefeningen, activiteiten en taaltips.

UNLPE French (Blended learning)
Minimaal vereiste niveau: B2, ERK of niveau 12, VN
Deze cursus is bedoeld ter voorbereiding op het
UN-LPE examen (United Nations Language Proficiency
Exam). De cursus is speciaal ontwikkeld voor kandidaten
die dit examen van de Verenigde Naties dienen af te leggen.
Aan het einde van de cursus is de slagingskans van de
deelnemers aanzienlijk verhoogd. Er zal veel aandacht besteed
worden aan spreekvaardigheid, het belangrijkste onderdeel
van de test.

French taught by natives
All of our teachers are native
French speakers who are certified
to teach French as a foreign
language (Master FLE or equivalent).
All sessions are taught in French,
even the beginners’ classes, thus
immersing the students in the French
frame of mind. As such, the learning
of French becomes very accessible
for an international audience.
A communicative
and interactive approach
At the Alliance Française we use
the latest French learning methods
focussing on interactivity between
the students and teachers.
These materials can be purchased
on our premises during office hours.
European assessment
standards
The use of the Common European
Framework
of
Reference
for Languages makes it possible
to assess the language level using
an international standard. It defines
the five linguistic skills (listening
skills, reading skills, conversation
skills,
productive
speaking
and writing skills) on six different
levels (A1, A2, B1, B2, C1 and C2).
During intake the teachers determine
the students’ level of fluency, using
a mandatory placement test, in order
to place the student in the group
which suits him/her best.

For the informal French course, we will solicit the help of the
media, literature, movies and music to analyze and practice the use
of idioms and French slang. We will also study the double meaning
of certain expressions and certain words. Whenever possible, we
will try to put it into practice together. That way we can establish
the differences between formal, standard French and a more
colloquial use of the language.

For the formal French classes, we will use professional letters
and e-mails which have been adapted to fit into an administrative
and professional context. The focus will be mainly on writing with
the proposition to have your work corrected. With regards to oral
expression, we will establish continuous exchanges in French.
