An Indian estate is a venture of Indian groups of company, incepted in 2005. Indian coffee estates(ICE) host a eco-friendly 60 Acres of well maintained coffee estate with luxury home stay and mini club house, Which is situated just 6.5 kms from national highway, 20 min drive form Belur (Hoysala dynasty) in western ghats. The Western Ghats also known as the sahyadri hills are well known for their rich and unique assemblage of flora and fauna.

Belur was the early capital of the Hoysala Empire. With Halebidu which is only 16 km away, this is one of the major tourist destinations in Karnataka, India. Belur is located in Hassan district. According to inscriptions discovered here, it was also referred to as Velapuri.

As we all know that coffee estate is a plantation land. Here the coffee yielding will be varied every year. So that, for the first 3 years we are assuring 75 Thousand rupees as fixed revenue with a free maintenance & also after 3rd year we are guaranteed 1Lakh per annum.

6. What will be the duration for registering the coffee estate?

Coffee estate is ready for immediate registration, But Also we will provide three months time for registration from the time of booking.
