ProjectSummary
"It'sinyourD.N.A.(DevelopmentNeedsActions)willbringtogether36participantsaged1830, mainly with fewer opportunities and especially with financial, geographical and social
obstacles, coming from 6 different European countries: Cyprus, Croatia,Italy,Slovenia,Poland
andRomania.
During this youth exchange the participants will work on developing and improving their
communication,selfmanagementandpersonalskillsinordertoincreasetheiremployability.
Also, they will get the chance to share their own experience and good practice examples in
order to learn from each other. Main objective of this youth exchange is to give the
participants the knowledge and skills needed these days in the environment of increased
youthunemployment.Thiswillbereachedwithusingnon-formallearningmethods,suchas:
workshops,publicspeakingpractice,simulationgameandmanyothers.
This youth exchange will have positive impact on personal and social development of the
participants: they will gain and improve skills that are important for young people living in
the enlarged Europe like intercultural competence, ability to work in international team,
language skills. This project will help participants to raise selfconfidence when being in
unusualsituationsandalsoincreasetheirinterestaboutothercountriesandcultures.

§ To empower participants to use non formal education as a mean of empowering young
people;

Cultural Evening: Please arrange with your country leader and participants to bring some
gastronomic specialties (food and/or drinks) from your country. It is also strongly
recommendedtoprepareandbringsomematerialshowingyourcountry/region/city,andthe
traditional(ormodern)musicanddances.
