Il pignone, insieme all’alberino centrale, è il cuore di un buon mulinello. E’ su questo pezzo che tutti gli sforzi vengono scaricati ed è questo pezzo che dà la fluidità e la morbidezza del recupero. Quindi per una parte così importante su tutti i nostri migliori modelli sono stati montati pignoni in bronzo, inattaccabile dalla ruggine e con una grande capacità di resistenza.

The pinion, together the main assy, is the heart of a good quality reel. Is on this particular gear that all the stress and strains are supported and it is this gear that also gives the smoothness of the retrieve. For such an important part we could not avoid to use, for our top of the range models, bronze pinions, untouchable by the rust and with a great resistance to the wear.

Il mulinello è fornito di un sistema di oscillazione della bobina, tramite l’uso del worm-shaft o di altri speciali sistemi interni, che permette di avvolgere il filo sulla bobina in modo parallelo e non incrociando o sovrapponendo le spire. Questa soluzione tecnica ha una funzione molto importante per vari motivi pratici: permette di preservare il filo che quindi ha una durata più lunga e mantiene uno standard di performance per un periodo maggiore. Permette di fare lanci molto più lunghi, in quanto il filo non è impedito nella fuoriuscita da spire che si sovrappongono e frenano le une con le altre. Mantiene i moderni fili con assenza di memoria nella stessa qualità con cui sono imbobinati in origine, quindi ne permette la migliore prestazione sia in fase di lancio che durante il combattimento.

The reel is provided of a special oscillation system of the spool, by the use of worm-shaft or other special and specific gears, and it allows to wind the line on the spool in a parallel way and not by the usual crosswinding or over-under spirals. This techincal solution has a very important function for many practical reasons: allows to preserve the line that so has a longer lasting and keep its performance standards for a longer time. Allows to make longer casts, because the line has no hindrances during the flow by unliked over-under spirals that obstacle one to each other. Keep the modern lines with no memory at the same quality as when they have been spooled originally, and so allows the best performance for both casting and fighting situations.

Tutti i mulinelli Colmic caratterizzati da questa sigla, sono stati sottoposti ad un particolare trattamento anti corrosione, il quale oltre che ha prevenire l’ossido, rende praticamente inattaccabili dalla salsedine i meccanismi interni del mulinello . Ogni singola componente degli ingranaggi, subisce una speciale finitura ed il corpo viene isolato completamente, tramite un sistema molto simile al sotto vuoto. Questa sigla, è sinonimo di ulteriore qualità e contraddistingue molti dei nostri prodotti destinati alle acque salse.

All the Colmic reels featuring these initials have been subjected to a special rustproofing treatment which, as well as preventing oxidation also keeps the internal mechanisms of the reel practically intact from corrosion deriving from the action of salt water. Every single component of the drag gears undergoes a special finish and the body is completely isolated, exploiting a system very similar to that of vacuum packing. These initials are synonymous with ulterior quality, and are the hallmark of a wide range of the products destined to sea water.

Il rullino scorrifilo è uno dei punti più critici in un mulinello ed è quasi sempre poco considerato. Un rullino scorrifilo ben costruito sia nel materiale che nel profilo, permette di preservare il monofilo per lungo tempo e evita possibili parrucche in fase di recupero.

The line roller is one of the most critical points of a reel, and it is quite always under-estimated. A well made line roller, in terms of material and shape, allows to keep the line qualities performing for a longer time and avoid any eventual line tangles during the retrieve.

Il bilanciamento della bobina è fondamentale per evitare vibrazioni nel recupero. La rotazione generata durante la fase di recupero, specialmente se ad alta velocità, viene esaminata da un sistema computerizzato che provvede ad indicare in quale punto del rotore bisogna intervenire per bilanciare ed equilibrare, proprio come si fa nelle ruote di un’automobile.

The rotor and spol balancing is highly important in order to avoid vibrations during the retrieve. The rotation generated during the retrieve, especially if it is a high speed ratio, is monitored by a computer system that gives the indication where is the precise point in which must be added a weight to balance and make equilibrate the spool, in principals the same operations used for the setting of a car tyres.

La manovella si ripiega sul corpo del mulinello tramite la semplice pressione del bottone di sgancio posizionato sulla manovella stessa. Questa soluzione permette di chiudere e riporre il mulinello con estrema velocità.

The handle pivotes on the reel body by the simple push of the release button positioned on the handle. This technical solution allows to close and store the reel with ease and quickly.

Il procedimento CNC è fornito da un tornio con controllo numerico del taglio, quindi estremamente preciso. Queste manovelle sono create dal pieno con queste macchine in alluminio, che garantisce una durata infinita, una grande robustezza ma con un peso molto ridotto. Usate normalmente su mulinelli di grande potenza e destinati ad un uso con prede impegnative.

The CNC process is performed by a numeric controlled cutting lathe, so extremely precise and accurate. These handles have been developed and tooled by a solid piece of aluminium, that ensures an everlasting life, a great strength but with a very light weight. Are normally used on big power reels aimed for the use with important preys.

Rullino guidafilo di nuova concezione disegnato per aiutare e guidare al massimo il filo nella fase di recupero. La forma ad unghia permette al filo di scivolare molto più velocemente e senza pericolose torsioni all’interno del guidafilo, normalmente dotato di cuscinetto a sfera. Questo nuovo guidafilo è di solito abbinato all’archetto maggiorato.

New concept line roller, designed to help and lead the line during the retrieve. The special nail shape allows the line to slide much faster and without dangerous torsions inside the line roller, normally provided of a ball bearing. This new kind of line rolleris normally combined with the fat bail of larger diameter.

Il mulinello SLEEK, si fa notare oltre che per il look accattivante per la sua leggerezza. La particolarità di questo mulinello , è il suo corpo di piccole dimensioni abbinato ad una larga bobina , ideale per il Feeder, per la pesca all’inglese, e per la pesca in passata con la bolognese. Un’altra caratteristica molto importante è la sua frizione micrometrica la quale ci permette di pescare con terminali sottilissimi senza correre il rischio, una volta tarata, di rompere il nylon sulle ferrate.

Molto spesso citiamo il rapporto tra qualità e prezzo, ma mai come in questo caso la citazione si rivela più azzeccata. Questa serie di mulinelli costruita su monoblocchi in ABS e grafite, dalle indiscusse e ormai comprovate caratteristiche di resistenza ed estrema leggerezza, eredita dai mulinelli superiori la componentistica interna e la precisione degli assemblaggi.
