Le caractère international des contrats est de plus en plus prégnant dans notre droit. L’apport du droit
anglo-saxon est tout aussi manifeste. Par ailleurs, les nouvelles technologies favorisent également la
mondialisation des relations et exigent des solutions juridiques appropriées.
Par ailleurs, nous avons l’honneur d’avoir dans notre panel un représentant tunisien spécialiste des contrats
internationaux. Ceci est d’autant plus important que le prix Nobel de la paix a été octroyé quartet menant
le dialogue national en Tunisie, et nous voulons être porteurs de ce message de paix.
Het internationale karakter van contracten speelt een steeds belangrijkere rol in ons recht. De invloed van
het Angelsaksische recht wordt ook duidelijker en duidelijker. Bovendien werken de nieuwe technologieën
de globalisering van internationale betrekkingen in de hand en vereisen juridische oplossingen op maat.
Daarnaast hebben wij de eer om een Tunesisch vertegenwoordiger en specialist in internationale
contracten in ons panel te mogen verwelkomen. Dit is des te meer van belang gezien de Nobelprijs voor
de Vrede toegekend werd aan de het Tunesische Kwartet voor Nationale Dialoog en wij deze
vredesboodschap willen uitdragen.
The international character of contracts is more and more prevalent in our law. The contribution of AngloSaxon law is also very remarkable. Moreover, the new technologies facilitate the globalisation of
international relations and require appropriate legal solutions.
Furthermore, we are honored to have as our panel member a Tunisian representative and specialist in
international contracts. This is all the more important as the Nobel Peace Prize was awarded to the Tunisian
National Dialogue Quartet.
