GENERAL TERMS OF BUSINESS
• ERMÄSSIGUNGEN: Kinder unter 6 Jahre, geb. nach dem 01.12.2009 fahren kostenlos. Kinder unter 8 Jahre,
geb. nach dem 01.12.2007 erhalten einen kostenlosen Skipass für den Zeitraum, für den eine erwachsene
Begleitperson einen Skipass erwirbt (nur bei Listenpreis, ermäßigte Skipässe ausgenommen. Für diese Skipässe
ist ein Ausweis erforderlich). Kinder unter 16 Jahre, geb. nach dem 01.12.1999 zahlen Kinderpreise – bei
Kindern ab 14 Jahren ist ein Ausweis erforderlich.
• Mit der Annahme des Skipasses für das minderjährige Kind erklärt der erwachsene Empfänger, die Bestimmungen für Fahrgäste zu kennen und ohne Einschränkungen zu akzeptieren, die Verantwortung bei
Benützung der Anlagen durch das Kind zu übernehmen und dafür zu sorgen, dass die Benützung der
Anlagen unter direkter Beaufsichtigung erfolgt.
• Senioren ab 65 Jahre, geb. vor dem 01.12.1950, zahlen Seniorenpreise.
• Ermäßigungen gegen Vorlage eines Schwerbehindertenausweises: 15% Skonto auf den Listenpreis.
• Ermäßigungen jeder Art werden nur gegen Vorlage eines gültigen Ausweises gewährt. Selbsterklärungen
werden nicht angenommen. Die an der Ermäßigung interessierte Person muss an der Kassa anwesend sein.
• Gruppenermäßigung ab 15 Personen auf Anfrage.
• SKIPASS: Der Skipass ist ein persönlicher Ausweis. Er ist weder übertragbar noch umtauschbar. Um die
Zuweisung des Skipasses zu einer Person zu gewährleisten, werden vom Skipasssystem beim Einstieg automatisch
Fotos erfasst. Diese Fotos werden nach Ablauf der Gültigkeit des Skipasses automatisch gelöscht. Es besteht
keine Möglichkeit, die Gültigkeitsdauer der erworbenen Skipässe zu verkürzen oder zu verlängern. Verlorene,
gestohlene, vorsätzlich beschädigte oder entzogene Skipässe werden weder rückerstattet noch ersetzt. Bei jedem
Missbrauch kann der Skipass annulliert werden. Zivil- und strafrechtliche Maßnahmen bleiben vorbehalten.
• Der Skipass ist nur während der normalen Betriebszeiten gültig.
• Die 3-Stunden-Karte gilt nur am Speikboden und ab Entwertung am Lift.
• Combi-Ticket Kronplatz: der Tag am Kronplatz kann innerhalb der Gültigkeit des Skipasses frei gewählt werden.
Es ist nicht möglich, das Combi-Ticket am selben Tag am Kronplatz und im Tauferer-Ahrntal zu benützen.
• Alle Skipässe (ausgenommen Einzelfahrten) werden auf berührungslosen, wieder verwendbaren Keycards
ausgegeben. Zusätzlich zum Kartenpreis ist ein Pfand von € 5,00 zu bezahlen. Das Pfand wird bei Rückgabe
des unbeschädigten Datenträgers zur Gänze rückerstattet.
• Der Skipass wird nur bei Skiunfällen ab dem Datum der Hinterlegung an der Kassa rückvergütet. Dazu ist
ein ärztliches Attest, ausgestellt von einem Arzt, der im Tauferer Ahrntal oder im Krankenhaus, wo der Verletzte
eingeliefert wurde, tätig ist, erforderlich. Aus der ärztlichen Bescheinigung muss hervorgehen, dass der Skipassinhaber
auf Grund der Verletzung nicht mehr Ski laufen kann. Begleitpersonen oder Familienmitglieder haben kein
Anrecht auf Rückvergütung. Die Errechnung des Rückerstattungsbetrages erfolgt auf Grund des Preises der
bereits abgefahrenen Skipasstage. Für die Stundenkarten, Tages- und Halbtageskarten ist keine Rückerstattung
möglich.
• PREISE & PRIVACY: Laut Preisliste (Irrtum vorbehalten). Bei Überschneidung zwischen Haupt- und Nebensaison
wird vom Kassencomputer ein Mischpreis errechnet.
• Die Fahrkarte (Skipass, Tagespass und Einzelfahrkarte) erfüllt die Auflagen der Steuerquittung (Dekret vom 30.
Juni 1992).
• Die Benutzung der Skipässe setzt die Kenntnis und Annahme der Verkaufsbedingungen voraus.
• Die laut Art. 13 des Gesetzesdekretes 196/2003 vorgeschriebenen Informationen liegen in den Skipassbüros
auf und sind auf den Internetseiten aufgelistet. Im Sinne des Art. 23 des Gesetzesdekretes 196/2003 willigt der
Skipasskäufer ein, dass die persönlichen Daten für Marketingzwecke verwendet werden können.
• PISTEN: Die Einstufung der Pisten ist unverbindlich und hat nur hinweisenden Charakter. Es wird nicht die
Befahrbarkeit aller Pisten garantiert. Aus Sicherheitsgründen ist das Befahren der Skipisten außerhalb
der Betriebszeiten (vor 8.30 Uhr und nach 16.30 Uhr) verboten.
• HAFTUNG: Der Wintersportler fährt auf eigenes Risiko und eigene Gefahr. Jeder Skifahrer muss sich so verhalten,
dass er weder andere Personen gefährdet, noch Personen oder Sachen Schaden zufügt. Der Skifahrer hat die
Fahrweise seinem Können anzupassen und die Gelände-, Sicht- und Schneeverhältnisse, sowie die durch
Hinweistafeln gebotenen Vorschriften zu beachten. Die F.I.S. Pistenregeln und das Landesgesetz für Skipistenordnung
sind einzuhalten.
• Das Verlassen der Skipisten ist auf Grund der Lawinengefahr und zum Schutz von Flora und Fauna verboten.
• ÖFFNUNGSZEITEN KASSA: Skipässe erhalten Sie durchgehend von 8.15 Uhr bis 16.30 Uhr (Speikboden von
8.15 Uhr bis 17.00 Uhr).
• BETRIEBSZEITEN LIFTE: Die Liftanlagen sind durchgehend von 8.30 Uhr bis 16.00 Uhr in Betrieb. Die letzte
Talfahrt erfolgt um 16.30 Uhr.
• Keine Entschädigung bei Betriebseinschränkungen jedweder Art. Es wird nicht dafür gehaftet, dass alle Anlagen
im Skipassverbund ”Tauferer Ahrntal” in Betrieb und alle Pisten befahrbar sind.
• Zu Saisonbeginn und Saisonende ist die Schließung von Anlagen und eingeschränkter Skibetrieb möglich. Die
Skipässe sind an jenen Anlagen, bei welchen die Schneelage und die ausreichende Skifahreranzahl den Betrieb
ermöglichen, bis zum 10.04.2016 gültig (Speikboden 08.04.2016).
• REKLAMATIONEN: Beschwerden oder Anregungen sind schriftlich mit Angabe der Adresse an folgende Anschrift

• RIDUZIONI: I bambini sotto i 6 anni, nati dopo il 1/12/2009 ottengono uno skipass gratuito. Bambini sotto gli
8 anni, nati dopo il 1/12/2007 ottengono lo skipass gratuito a condizione che anche un accompagnatore adulto
acquisti uno skipass per la stessa durata. (Solo per skipass del listino prezzi, sono esclusi skipass ridotti. Per
questi skipass è sempre necessario un documento). Bambini sotto i 16 anni, nati dopo il 1/12/1999, pagano
il prezzo dei bambini – per i bambini dai 14 anni è necessario un documento di riconoscimento!
• Usufruendo degli skipass per i bambini più piccoli (l’età deve essere documentata) l’adulto responsabile del
minore dichiara di essere a conoscenza delle disposizioni vigenti per i viaggiatori e di accettarle
senza limitazioni, assumendosi anche tutte le responsabilità inerenti all’uso degli impianti di risalita da parte
del minore beneficiario, il quale li utilizzerà sotto la sua diretta sorveglianza.
• Gli anziani con più di 65 anni, nati prima del 1/12/1950, pagano il prezzo degli anziani.
• Riduzioni per disabili: 15% sconto sul listino prezzi.
• Per riduzioni di ogni tipo è indispensabile un documento d’identità valido. Non sono valide autocertificazioni
di alcun genere. La persona interessata alla riduzione deve essere presente alla cassa.
• Sconti comitiva su richiesta e solo oltre le 15 persone.
• SKIPASS: Lo scipass è un documento identificativo personale. Esso non è né trasferibile, né sostituibile.
Per assegnare uno scipass ad una persona il sistema che emette lo scipass acquisisce automaticamente foto
del cliente. Queste foto saranno automaticamente cancellate alla scadenza dello scipass. Non esiste la possibilità
di accorciare o allungare la validità dello scipass acquistato. Gli scipass persi, rubati, appositamente danneggiati
o ritirati non saranno né rimborsati, né sostituiti. In caso di uso inadeguato lo scipass può essere annullato.
Ci si riserva comunque il diritto di percorrere vie legali, sia in senso civile, che penale.
• Lo skipass ha validità solo durante l’orario d’esercizio degli impianti.
• Tutti gli skipass (escluse corse singole) vengono emessi su tessera elettronica KeyCard (”free hand” e riutilizzabile),
per la quale, oltre al prezzo dello skipass, è richiesto un deposito cauzionale di € 5,00. Il deposito verrà
restituito alla riconsegna della tessera KeyCard non danneggiata.
• La validità del biglietto ad ore decorre dall’obliterazione presso l’impianto e vale solo a Speikboden.
• Combi-Ticket Plan de Corones: presso il comprensorio skiistico di Plan de Corones il giorno può essere scelto
liberamente all’interno della validità dello skipass. Non è possibile utilizzare il Combi-Ticket lo stesso giorno per
Plan de Corones e per la Valle di Tures ed Aurina.
• Solo in caso di infortunio skiistico è possibile il parziale rimborso dello skipass non utilizzato. Il rimborso è
limitato ai giorni successivi a quelli della riconsegna nell’ufficio vendita skipass. Questa va quindi effettuata,
nell’interesse dell’infortunato, al più presto ed esclusivamente presso l’ufficio vendità skipass. La richiesta di
rimborso è quindi valida solo se accompagnata dalla consegna dello skipass. Il rimborso avverrà solo contro
presentazione di un certificato medico (redatto da un professionista che eserciti stabilmente in zona ”Valli
di Tures e Aurina” o dall’ospedale dove è avvenuto il ricovero), dal quale risulti che il titolare dello skipass ha
subito un infortunio che gli impedisce la prosecuzione dell’attività skiistica. Gli accompagnatori o nuclei famigliari
dell’infortunato non hanno diritto al rimborso. Il calcolo del rimborso viene fatto tenendo conto del costo delle
giornate già godute. I biglietti ad ore, gli skipass giornalieri e pomeridiani non possono essere rimborsati.
• PREZZI & PRIVACY: In base ai prezzi stabiliti nel listino (si possono verificare errori). Alla coincidenza di alta e
bassa stagione il prezzo dello skipass viene determinato dal computer.
• L’utilizzo dei biglietti presuppone la conoscenza e l’accettazione delle condizioni di vendita.
• Lo skipass (skipass, skipass giornaliero e tessera corsa singola), quali documenti di trasporto, assolvono la funzione
dello scontrino fiscale (D.M. 30.06.1992) e vanno conservati per tutta la durata del trasporto.
• Le informazioni prescritte dall’art. 13 DLgs 196/2003 sono esposte negli uffici di vendita e pubblicate sui siti
internet. Ai sensi dell’art. 23 DLgs 196/2003 l’utente presta il suo consenso al trattamento dei dati personali per
le finalità promozionali e di marketing.
• PISTE: La classificazione delle piste è solo indicativa e non è garantita l’agibilità di tutte le piste. Per motivi di
sicurezza è proibito frequentare le piste al di fuori dell’orario di servizio (prima delle ore 8.30 e dopo
le ore 16.30).
• RESPONSABILITÀ: Lo skiatore percorre le piste a proprio rischio e pericolo. Ogni skiatore deve comportarsi in
modo da non mettere in pericolo l’incolumità altrui o provocare danno a persone o cose. Lo skiatore deve pertanto
adeguare la sua andatura alle proprie capacità, alle condizioni del terreno, alla visibilità, allo stato di innevamento,
nonché alle prescrizioni imposte dalla segnaletica. Devono essere rispettate tutte le regole dello skiatore pubblicate
dalla F.I.S.I. e la legge provinciale. È vietato abbandonare le piste a causa del pericolo di valanghe e per la
protezione della flora e della fauna selvatica.
• VENDITA SKIPASS: Gli skipass possono essere acquistati continuativamente dalle ore 8.15 alle ore 16.30
(Speikboden dalle ore 8.15 alle ore 17.00).
• APERTURA DEGLI IMPIANTI: Gli impianti sono aperti senza interruzioni dalle ore 8.30 alle ore 16.00. Ultima
discesa a valle alle ore 16.30.
• Non è dovuto nessun indennizzo per qualsiasi interruzione del servizio.
• Non viene garantito il funzionamento di tutti gli impianti di risalita del comprensorio ”Valli di Tures e Aurina”, né
la skiabilità di tutte le piste.
• All’inizio ed a fine stagione è possibile la chiusura di alcuni impianti e la limitazione dell’area skiabile: gli skipass
verrano accettati fino al 10/04/2016 (Speikboden 08/04/2016) sugli impianti che per condizioni di innevamento
e di affluenza rimarranno aperti.

• REDUCTIONS: children up to 6, born after December 01, 2009, ski free of charge. Children up to 8, born
after December 01, 2007, get a free skipass for the period the adult accompanying them acquires one (only
skipasses of the price list, not vaild for price-reduced skipasses. These skipasses require an identity card).
Children up to 16, born after December 01, 1999, get the reduction for children – children older than 14 need
an identity card.
• By accepting the skipass for the child under age the adult receiver declares to know the respective regulations
and to accept them without restrictions, to take on the responsibility for the child when using the lift
facilities and to make sure the lifts are used under direct surveillance.
• Senior citizens aged 65 and older, born before December 01, 1950, get the reduction for senior citizens.
• Reductions for severely disabled people at presentation of documentation: 15% discount of the price list.
• Reductions of all kind are only granted with respective documentation. Self explanation will not be
accepted. The person interested in the reduction needs to be present at the cash desk.
• Group reductions from 15 persons upwards on request.
• SKIPASS: The ski pass is a personal ID. It is neither transferable nor exchangeable. In order to ensure the
allocation of the ski pass to a person, the ski pass system automatically takes photos which are deleted once
the validity of the ski pass expires. The period of validity oft the acquired ski passes can not be shortened or
extended. The Speikboden AG assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed ski passes. In
the event of fraudulent use the ski pass can be cancelled. The Speikboden AG reserves the right to initiate
civil and criminal law measures.
• The skipass is only valid during the normal hours of business.
• The 3-hour-card is only valid on Speikboden starting with its first use at the lift.
• Combi-Ticket Kronplatz/Plan de Corones: The day at the ski resort Kronplatz can be chosen freely within
the validity of the skipass. It is however not possible to use the Combi-Ticket at Kronplatz and Tauferer Ahrntal
ski area on the same day.
• All skipasses (except single runs) are issued on contact-free rechargeable key cards. A deposit of € 5,00 is
charged for each keycard. The deposit is returned to the full when the keycard is given back undamaged.
• The skipass is only refunded in case of ski accidents from the day presented at the cash desk. A doctor’s
certificate issued by a doctor working in the Tauferer Ahrntal or in the hospital the injured person has been taken
to is necessary. The doctor’s certificate must state that the owner of the skipass can no longer ski as a result of
the injury. Accompanying people or family members have no right to refunding. The amount to be refunded
depends on the days already used. No refunding is possible for hourly passes, half-day and day passes.
• PRICES & PRIVACY: according to price list (errors excepted). With high and low season overlapping the cash
desk computer calculates the respective price.
• The ticket (skipass, daypass and single run) replaces the fiscal receipt (decree of 30th June 1992).
• The use of the skipass presupposes the knowledge and acceptance of the conditions of sale.
• The information laid down by article 13 of the decree 196/2003 is displayed in the skipass offices and listed on
the internet site. According to article 23 of the decree 196/2003 the purchaser of the skipass agrees to his
personal data being used for marketing purposes.
• SLOPES: The classification of the slopes is not binding and has only informative character. It is not guaranteed
that all slopes are open. For safety reasons the slopes mustn’t be used outside the hours of business
(before 8.30 and after 16.30).
• RESPONSIBILITY: The skier skis at his own risk. Each skier must behave so as to neither endanger other persons
nor cause damage to people or objects. The skier needs to adjust his performance to his skills and the various
conditions (slopes, view, snow) as well as to respect the various signs. The F.I.S. slope rules and the provincial
law for slope regulation need to be respected.
• Off-slope skiing is strictly forbidden because of danger of avalanches and the protection of flora and fauna.
• HOURS OF BUSINESS CASH DESK: Skipasses can be purchased from 8.15 to 16.30 (Speikboden from 8.15
to 17.00).
• HOURS OF BUSINESS SKILIFTS: The skilifts are open from 8.30 to 16.00. Last descent at 16.30.
• There is no compensation for any limitation of business. No responsibility is taken for all lifts of the Tauferer Ahrntal
working and all slopes being skiable.
• At the beginning and the end of season it is possible that some lifts could be closed and the skiable area could
be limited. The skipass is valid until April 10, 2016 (Speikboden April 08, 2016) at those lifts where snow conditions
and number of skiers allow business.
