WASH OUT è un sistema che - installato sulle cinghie di
trasporto della linea di smaltatura - protegge le cinghie
stesse dall’imbrattamento dello smalto. Il gruppo WASH
OUT, completo di pannello di controllo, viene installato
sulle macchine di smaltatura funzionanti “a cascata” quali
campane, velatrici, etc. permettendo un risparmio di circa
l’8% sul consumo di smalto/engobbio.
Il ciclo di lavoro avviene in modo automatico: i copri
cinghia salgono per proteggere le cinghie dal velo di
smalto in cascata e scendono una volta che la piastrella ha
oltrepassato il velo di smalto. Lo smalto raccolto dai copricinghia viene deviato nella vasca di raccolta. Il movimento
dei copri-cinghia è gestito da un dispositivo a fotocellule
il quale, rilevando la presenza della piastrella in ingresso,
ne determina l’abbassamento per permettere il passaggio
del pezzo sotto l’unita di smaltatura. Immediatamente
dopo il passaggio della piastrella i copri-cinghia risalgono
in posizione.
WASH OUT è un sistema semplice ed efficace che garantisce
la totale protezione delle cinghie di trasporto. La presenza
dell’operatore è richiesta solamente per la programmazione
da pannello di controllo e per interventi di regolazione e
manutenzione.
WASH OUT is installed on the transport belts of a glazing
line for their protection from glaze. WASH OUT unit –
complete with control panel – is used with “waterfall”
glazing machines such as Vela, glazing bells, etc. allowing a
saving of about 8% on the consumption of glaze/engobe.
The working cycle is completely automatic. The belt
protections are lifted up to protect belts from the veil of
glaze and are lowered once the tile has gone through
the veil of glaze. The glaze collected by belt protections
is conveyed to the glaze tank. The movement of the belt
protections is controlled by photocells detecting the arrival
of tile on the line and determining their lowering to enable
the transit of tile under the glazing unit. As soon as the tile
has passed the veil of glaze the belt protections return to
the initial position.
WASH OUT is a simple and effective machine that guarantees
the total protection of the transport belts. Presence of the
operator is only requested for the setting of working cycle
through control panel and for maintenance and adjustment
operations.
