Nel presente catalogo vi proponiamo alcuni degli
allestimenti che Bitimec è in grado di offrirvi a
fornitura dei nostri carrelli Politrac FP05 e FT05.
This brochure illustrates some of the equipment
arrangements Bitimec is able to offer on our line of
Politrac FP05 and FT05 Industrial Utility Vehicles.

Allestimento attrezzato per il lavaggio interno in
manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria dei servizi
igienici delle carrozze ferroviarie o di altri servizi
presenti nelle stazioni. Dotato di attrezzature
maneggevoli ed efficaci per intervenire in spazi
ridotti. Disponibile nelle varie versioni, tale
allestimento è dotato di gruppo elettrogeno diesel
insonorizzato - 5 KVA - per consentire l’utilizzo delle
attrezzature in maniera rapida ed indipendente,
idropulitrice ad acqua calda o fredda, impianto
detergente aspirapolvere/aspiraliquidi.
The arrangement is equipped for internal washing
of railway cars, coaches and buses. It is designed for
general maintenance and specifically equipped with
industrial quality cleaning accessories for cleaning,
maintaining and restocking toilet sanitaries in coaches
or railcars. The arrangement has a soundproofed 5KVA
diesel generator and generous water tanks, allowing
the unit to work in total autonomy. It is ideal for small
areas and can be deployed with speed wherever needed.
Different versions are available as listed, but customization
is available for any specific customer requirement.

Allestimento utilizzato per l’erogazione del
detergente sull’esterno della carrozza ferroviaria
(prima di procedere al lavaggio) precedentemente
all’azione di lavaggio mediante spazzola. La grande
capacità dei due serbatoi acqua e detergente,
presenti a bordo, conferiscono una buona autonomia
senza perdite di tempo per rifornimenti.
This arrangement is ideal for spraying detergent to presoak
railcars before the wash cycle. The large capacity of the two
tanks, plain water and detergent premixture, allow a long
work autonomy before having to refill.
The larger tank carries the water/detergent premix, whereas
the smaller tank carries clean water for flushing the system
out at the end of the workshift.

This platform unit is designed specifically for safe
transportation of railcar batteries for replacement
or regular maintenance. Batteries are separated and
housed in separate cradles for safe transportation.

elettrogeno - 5 KVA - che permette l’utilizzo di varie
apparecchiature elettriche nonché di pianale di sollevamento che facilita l’ingresso delle attrezzature
all’interno del vagone.
Specifically designed for railcar applications, this unit
features a lifting platform which facilitates raising heavy
maintenance and cleaning equipment to the railcar floor
level for easy handling on and off. This system includes a
diesel 5KVA generator to power all heavy maintenance and
cleaning apparatus.

Pianale con sponde in alluminio, allestimento che
rende il Politrac FP05 un veicolo agile e compatto in
grado di offrire maneggevolezza ed elevata capacità
di carico in sicurezza. Progettato per garantire
versatilità, manovrabilità e redditività nelle più
severe condizioni di utilizzo. E’ possibile la fornitura
con sponde ribaltabili aventi un’altezza rispettiva di
200 mm e 400 mm.
The flatbed arrangement with hinged aluminum side
panels makes the Politrac FP05 an agile and compact
vehicle which offers easy maneuvrability and a high load
capacity. Tilting tailgates and side panels allow the flatbed
arrangement to provide a versatile vehicle with a capacity
for multiple uses in the most severe conditions.

adibite al lavaggio casse in quanto dotata di un
autonomo sistema di recupero del solvente esausto.

Recovery system for aggressive graffiti removal
liquids used on railcars at track or platform level.
Includes two large holding tanks for fresh water
and/or sludge recovery, suction pump and two light
aluminum pans, light enough to be moved by a
single operator. The pans are positioned in a manner
to collect all the heavy solvents used to remove
graffiti. The used solvents are collected by a suction
hose into the holding tanks.

Railway Signal Light Carrier

Allestimento progettato per il Politrac FT05,
impiegato per svolgere servizi di manutenzione
ordinaria e straordinaria all’interno delle stazioni
ferroviarie, in particolare per l’adeguamento della
segnaletica del convoglio ferroviario ed in casi di
avaria dei dispositivi della segnaletica luminosa.
Tutto ciò permette di intervenire velocemente ed in
modo efficace su più convogli.
This arrangement is installed on the Politrac FT tractor
with a 10 ton towing capacity. Used for maintenance crew
signaling, battery operated lights are carried in customfit cradles for safe transportation. The unit is ideal for fast
intervention in cases of emergency railcar repairs, or where
the regular light signals might be out of order.

The trailer is well equipped for maintenance and cleaning
of the battery compartments on railcars.
The arrangement has also a battery distilled water refilling
system as well as a wet and dry vacuum cleaner to facilitate
operator’s work.
