D E S C R I Z I O N E D’ USO
Il kit di distanziali AGILITY è un accessorio optional che può essere installato per aumentare lo spazio tra gli attacchi della scocca e per
poter quindi adattare più misure di carrozzine alle larghezze degli schienali AGILITY ROHO® (AGILITY). Il distanziale è progettato per
essere usato solo con gli schienali AGILITY.

AVVERTENZE
s NON installare un distanziale su un’AGILITY senza aver prima letto e compreso le istruzioni della presente integrazione. Inaso

necessità, contattare un medico, un fornitore ROHO o ROHO, Inc.
s NON montare, togliere o regolare il distanziale se una persona è seduta sulla carrozzina.
s Controllare ogni giorno che il distanziale non presenti segni di usura, rottura e che sia sempre ben stretto. Stringere di nuov
o i bulloni allentati secondo le istruzioni del manuale d’uso dello schienale AGILITY e della presente integrazione. NON continuare ad
usare
il distanziale se uno qualsiasi dei componenti non può essere stretto o è rotto. ROHO, Inc. consiglia di far controllare attent
amente e
periodicamente lo schienale Agility e i relativi accessori da un tecnico qualificato.

ATTENZIONE: Se possibile, la persona nella carrozzina con un’AGILITY deve essere trasferita nel sedile dell’auto installato dal
produttore e usare il sistema di cinture di sicurezza con pretensionatore testato contro incidenti.
AGILITY con attacchi a sgancio rapido e kit di distanziali AGILITY sono stati collaudati per l’uso in un veicolo a motore da un ente terzo per il
collaudo.. La configurazione del test di impatto frontale prevedeva:

DESCRIPTION OF USE
The AGILITY Spacer Block Kit (Spacer) is an optional accessory which may be installed to increase the spacing between the back shell
hardware to accommodate more wheelchair sizes across all ROHO® AGILITY Back System (AGILITY) widths. The Spacer is designed to be
used only with AGILITY Back Systems.

WARNINGS
s DO NOT install a Spacer on an AGILITY without first reading and understanding this supplement. If assistance is needed, contact a
clinician, ROHO provider or ROHO, Inc.
s DO NOT attach, remove or adjust the Spacer when an individual is seated in the chair.
s Check the Spacer for wear, breakage and tightness daily. Retighten loose screws following the instructions throughout your original
AGILITY product operation manual and this supplement. DO NOT continue to use the Spacer if any of the components cannot be
tightened or are broken. ROHO, Inc. recommends that AGILITY and all accessories be thoroughly inspected periodically by a qualified
technician.

CAUTION: Whenever possible, the individual in the wheelchair with an AGILITY should transfer into a manufacturer-installed vehicle
seat and use the vehicle’s crash-tested occupant restraint system.
AGILITY with Quick Release Attachment Hardware and AGILITY Spacer Block Kit has been dynamically tested for use in a motor vehicle by a
third-party testing facility. Frontal impact test set-up included:
