Togliere la plancia porta cenere.

FORO DA 35 MM 1 2

Ritagliare la dima guida che si trova all’ultima pagina del depliant e forare con una fresa da Ø 35 mm.

Togliere le due viti del tunnel centrale nella parte destra, sollevarlo e infilare sotto l’impianto elettrico del riscaldamento assieme all’impianto elettrico del veicolo.

Fissare il tunnel con i porta fascette e infilare le fascette.

Dal tubo di diametro 35 mm va inserito una riduzione che (troverete nel kit) e unirlo con il tubo da 50 mm, fissarlo con le fascette negli alloggi precedentemente messi.

Forare con fresa da 35 mm.

Prendere il diffusore e far passare l’impianto elettrico nel foro eseguito in precedenza. Fissare con le due viti del porta monete il diffusore vetro nell’alloggio.

Fissare un porta fascette piu fascetta.

Far passare il tubo di diametro 35mm davanti alla plancia porta oggetti nell’asola precedentemente eseguita, davanti al motorino tergi cristallo e infilare il tubo nel diffusore vetro.

Prendere il diffusore sotto sedile e con il gommino che troverete nell’impianto elettrico del kit infilarlo nella fessura come in foto.

Togliere il coperchio in plastica che troverete, prendere le tre viti con testa esagonale e fissare il diffusore sotto sedile facendo passare l’impianto all’interno del foro.

Il filo bianco libero nell’impianto elettrico del kit riscaldamento va pinzato con un ruba corrente fornito nel kit al filo accensione del veicolo.

Alla distanza di 114 mm x 35mm, dalle viti di fissaggio del supporto tubo aspirazione. Eseguire due fori da Ø 4 mm, applicare il ventilatore e collegare all’impianto del kit.

Togliere i copri motore e applicare al tubo di scarico lo scambiatore e fissare l’asta di sostegno fra scambiatore e differenziale.

Applicare i tubi carta e fare dotazione.

di collegare i tubi come in foto e poi fissarli con le fascette date in

Come vedete l’omega inserita nel tubo dello scambiatore sotto sedile, ha la funzione di aprire e chiudere l’asola, per far si che nel periodo estivo l’asola

DEVE

essere aperta per far defluire l’aria calda proveniente dallo scambiatore, e chiusa nel periodo invernale

Dismantle the ashtray bridge and note the centre with the help of the true jig (to be cut out) - Pic. No. 2 / Make a hole Ø35 mm and make an eyelet in order to pass-by the electrical system into the small dashboard - Pic. No. 3 / Rasp off the exceeding part of the dashboard using a file or a milling cutter - Pic. No. 1 / Dismantle the coin tray and apply the window air vent, by pushing the device through the hole Ø35 mm that was made previously - Pic. No. 4 / Unscrew the 2 screws that fix the central bridge cover at the right side and place the electrical system, together with the transmission and the original system of the Ape - Pic. No. 5 / After having placed the electrical system, apply the clamps-driver and the clamps on the screws fixing the bridge cover – Pics No. 6/7 – and apply the pipe as indicate on Pics. No. 8/9 / Fix the small dashboard and connect the white electric wire with the supplied switcher and the white electric wire of the ignition dashboard of the Ape – Pic. No. 14. / Place the supplied device with protective rubber in the slit of the air vent under the seat – Pic. No. 12 / Fix the air vent by the 3 supplied screws and connect it with the corrugated pipe – Pic. No. 13 / Dismantle the right engine cover and connect the tail pipe with the “exchanger” – Pics. No. 18/19 / Fix the supporting pole between the exchanger and the differential – Pic. No. 20 / Make two holes Ø 4 mm at the distance of 114/35 mm from the fixing screws of the suction pipe support – Pic. No. 16 / Place the air vent and connect with the electric system – Pic. No. 17 / Place the paper hoses – Pic. No. 20 and fix them with the supplied collars / The plastic collar, connected with the warm air hose of the air vent under the seat – Pic. No. 21/22 – will operate to open and close the eyelet. Use the OPEN position, during the summer time to channel out the warm air from the exchanger, and the CLOSE position for the heating during the winter season.

Das Aschentragbrett demontieren und die Mitte mit der Zentrierungsschablone (Ausschneiden) markieren (Figur 2). / Ein 35 mm Loch bohren und entsprechend ösen, um die Kabel im Armaturenbrett einzuführen (Figur 3). / Durch eine Feile/ Fräser eventuelle Gräte auf dem Gegenstandtragbrett entfernen (Figur 1). / Den Münzenhalter abnehmen und den Glasdiffusormund anbringen und die Kabel durch den 35 mm Loch einführen (Figur 4). / Die zwei Schrauben zur Befestigung der mittleren Tunnelabdeckung an der rechten Seite abnehmen und die Kabel zusammen mit der Originalverkabelung Ape einführen (Figur 5). / Nach Einführung der Kabel, an den Befestigungsschrauben der Tunnelabdeckung die Verbindungselemente anbringen (Figur 6/7) und das Rohr laut Figur 8 und 9 befestigen. / Das Brett befestigen und das weisse Kabel mit Steckverbinder an den weissen Kabel der Ape-Einschaltafel anschliessen (Figur 12). / Die Kabel mit dem mitgelieferten Schutzgummi in die Öffnung des Diffuseurs unterhalb des Sitzes einführen (Figur 12). / Den Diffuseur mit den mitgelieferten drei Schrauben befestigen und das Rohr an den Diffuseur anschliessen (Figur 13). / Die rechte Motorabdeckung abnehmen und an den Auspuff, die Nische “Tauscher” anbringen (Figur 18/19). / Die Tragstange zwischen Tauscher und Differenzialgetriebe befestigen (Figur 20). / In einem 114/35 mm Abstand von den Halterungbefestigungsschrauben des Ansaugrohres zwei 4 mm Löcher bohren (Figur 16). / Den Ventilator anbringen und die Kabel anschliessen (Figur 17). / Die Papierrohre (Figur 20) anbringen und mit den entsprechenden Bindern befestigen. / Der Kunststoffkragen, angebracht an den Heissluftzuleitungsrohr des Diffuseurs unterhalb des Sitzes (Figur 21/22), dient zum Öffnen/Schliessen der Öffnung. / In offener Position für den Heissluftauslass während der warmen Saison und geschlossen während der kalten Jahreszeit. Démonter la planche porte-cendre et signer le centre avec le gabarit de centrage (à couper) – fig. 2. / Faire un trou de 35 mm et faire une boutonnière pour passer l’installation électrique dans la planche fig. 3. / Lever avec la lime et/ou fraise la partie en excès sur la planche porte-objets – fig. 1. / Démonter le porte monnaie et appliquer le goulot diffuseur verre en faisant passer l’installation électrique dans le trou de 35 mm fait en précédence – fig. 4. / Démonter les deux vis qui fixent le couvre-tunnel central dans la partie droite et enfiler l’installation électrique avec les transmissions et avec l’installation originale de l’Ape – fig. 5. / Après le logement de l’installation électrique, sur les vis de fixage du couvre-tunnel fixer les porte-collier avec les colliers en dotation – fig. 67 – et appliquer le tube comme indiqué dans la fig. 8/9. / Fixer la planche et connecter le câble blanc avec le « vol-courant » en dotation et avec le câble blanc dans le tableau d’allumage de l’Ape – fig. 14. / Enfiler l’installation avec la capsule en caoutchouc de protection en dotation dans la fente du diffuseur sous le siège – fig. 12. / Appliquer le diffuseur en le fixant avec les trois vis en dotation et connecter le tube plissé au diffuseur – fig. 13. / Démonter le couvre-moteur droit et appliquer la niche « échangeur » au tube de déchargement - fig. 18/19. / Fixer la barre de support entre échangeur et différentiel - fig. 20. / A la distance de 114/35 mm des vis de fixage du support du tube d’aspiration, faire deux trous de 4 mm – fig. 16. / Appliquer le ventilateur et connecter l’installation électrique – fig. 17 / Appliquer les tubes papier – fig. 20 – et les fixer avec les colliers en dotation. / Le collier en plastique connecté au tube d’entrée de l’air chaud dans le diffuseur sous le siège – fig. 21/22 - a la fonction d’ouvrir et fermer le boutonnière en position ouverte pour faire sortir l’air chaud provenant de l’échangeur pendant l’été et en position fermée pendant l’hiver.
