VERNICI ALL’ACQUA

Per la verniciatura dei propri prodotti, Piaval utilizza anche vernici a base d’acqua al ﬁ ne di minimizzare l’impatto sull’ambiente e per ottenere un manufatto che non rilasci sostanze tossiche (solventi) anche dopo l’asciugatura della vernice.

TINTE SPECIALI

Tutti i colori che non rientrano nella gamma standard, sono realizzabili solo previa presentazione di un campione. La realizzazione di una tinta speciale implica un supplemento di prezzo secondo le tariffe in vigore.

VARIAZIONI DI TINTA

Il legno è un materiale naturale. Ogni tronco presenta un colore e una struttura diversa, e ciò determina delle variazioni nella tinta. Le diversità di tinte dovute alla struttura naturale del legno non possono essere imputate come difetto alla ditta Piaval.

PULIZIA DELLE SUPERFICI VERNICIATE CON PRODOTTI A BASE D’ACQUA

Eseguire la pulizia delle superﬁ ci verniciate utilizzando un panno umido e detergente neutro. Non utilizzare detergenti contenenti alcool, ammoniaca o altre sostanze chimiche aggressive. Dopo la pulizia asciugare le superﬁ ci verniciate.

WATER BASED LACK

CLEANING OF THE PAINTED SURFACES BY WATER BASED PRODUCTS

Do the cleaning of the painted surfaces by using a wet cloth and a neuter detergent. Do not use any detergent with alcohol, ammonia or other aggressive chemical substances. After cleaning, dry the painted surfaces.

WASSERBASIS BEIZEN

Zum Lackieren der eigenen Produkte verwendet Piaval auch Lacke auf Wasserbasis, damit versucht man die negativen Auswirkungen auf die Umwelt herabzusetzten. Die Produkte geben auch nach der Trocknung des Lackes keine Schadstoffe mehr frei.

BESONDERE HOLZFARBAUSFÜHRUNGEN

Alle Farbausführungen, welche nicht in der hauseigenen Kollektion angegeben sind, können auf Beizmuster angefertigt werden. Bei besonderen Farbmischungen kann ein Aufpreis verlangt werden.

HOLZFARBUNTERSCHIEDE

Holz ist ein Naturprodukt. Da jeder Holzstamm von der Farbe und Struktur her anders ist, kann die Farbausführung dadurch beeinﬂ usst werden. Eventuelle Unterschiede in der Farbe können nicht als Reklamationsgrund geltend gemacht werden.

REINIGUNG DER LACKIERTEN OBERFLÄCHEN MIT MITTEL AUF WASSERBASIS

Bei der Reinigung der lackierten Oberﬂ ächen muss man ein feuchtes Tuch benutzen. Falls man ein Reinigungsmittel dabei verwendet, sollte dieses Mittel neutral sein und keinen Alkohol, kein Ammoniak oder sonstige andere chemisch-aggressive Bestandteile enthalten. Nach dieser Reinigung sollte man die lackierten Oberﬂ äche nochmals abnehmen, aber nur mit einem trockenen Tuch.

VERNI A L’EÀU

Piaval utilise aussi des vernis à l’eau pour pouvoir reduir presque complètement l’impact sur l’ambiance et obtenir un produit qui ne dégage pas de substances toxiques (dissolvantes) après le séchage de la vernie aussi.

TEINTES DU CLIENT

Toutes les couleurs qui ne sont pas standard sont réalisables seulement suit à l’envoie d’un échantillon. La réalisation d’une couleur spéciale a un surcoût selon les tarifs en vigueur.

VARIATION DE COULEUR

Le bois est un matériel naturel. Chaque tronc a une couleur et une structure différentes qui déterminent des modiﬁ cations dans la teinte. Les changements de couleur causés par la structure naturelle du bois ne peuvent pas être imputés comme défaut à la société Piaval.

NETTOYAGE DES SURFACES VERNIES PAR PRODUITS À L’EAU

Nettoyer les surfaces vernies par un chiffon humide et un détergent neutre. Ne pas utiliser de détergents avec alcool, ammoniaque ou d’ autres substances chimiques agressives. Après le nettoyage, essuyer les surfaces vernies.

81 Per soddisfare le esigenze del settore contract ed healthcare, Piaval ha selezionato un’ampia gamma di tessuti (lane, trevira, spalmati, microﬁ bra) che, per caratteristiche e varianti di colore, sono in grado di soddisfare qualunque richiesta o richiesta speciﬁ ca del cliente. La qualità è il primo e più importante criterio di scelta dei nostri tessuti che, dovendo sopportare il logorio quotidiano, la luce, la polvere e gli agenti invecchianti, conservano inalterate nel tempo le loro caratteristiche secondo gli standard e le normative internazionali più severe. Le caratteristiche dichiarate relative alle prestazioni dei tessuti, quali la resistenza ai lavaggi, alla luce, all’abrasione e l’assenza di Ftalati e coloranti azoici, sono state rilevate dai test effettuati esclusivamente in Laboratori specializzati, riconosciuti a livello internazionale, e con macchinari di prova sottoposti a tarature continue.

Il tessuto dovrà essere pulito regolarmente per mantenere integro l’aspetto e prevenire la formazione di depositi di sporco e di agenti contaminanti.

Le superﬁ ci del tessuto dovranno essere pulite utilizzando unicamente un panno bianco leggermente umido e con saponi o detergenti neutri speciﬁ ci.

To fulﬁ ll any demand, Piaval has selected a large number of fabrics, with a lot of compositions and the most different colors (wools, trevira, Skai, Microﬁ ber) Quality is the most important parameter to choose our fabrics, because they have to resist to the daily wear, light, dust, ageing as well as regular cleaning.

Fabrics are selected paying particular attention to their performance, making sure that they comply with certain quality levels provided by the most severe international standards. The declared characteristics relating to the performance of the fabrics, such as resistance to washing, light, abrasion and the absence of Phthalates and Azo dyes have been certiﬁ ed by tests, which have been carried out by internationally recognized specialist laboratories, using testing apparatus that are constantly calibrated.

The fabric should be cleaned periodically in order to maintain its appearance and prevent build-up of dirt and contaminants.

Any stains, spills or soiling should be cleaned up promptly to prevent the possibility of permanent staining. Use soft soapy solutions or special cleaning products to remove stains on the surface of the material and remove only with a damp white cloth.

Um den Bedürfnissen des Contract- und Health-Care Sektors entgegenzukommen, hat Piaval eine Vielfalt an Bezügen ausgesucht (Wolle, Trevira, PVC, Microfaser), welche aufgrund der Eigenschaften und Farbenreichtum den Kundenbedürfnissen bzw. – wünschen entsprechen.

Qualtät ist der erste und wichtigste Faktor zur Auswahl unserer Bezüge, denn sie müssen die tägliche Abnutzung, Licht, Staub und andere Alterungsprozesse aushalten. Die Bezüge werden mit großer Sorgfalt auf ihre Leistungseigenschaften ausgesucht, indem überprüft wird, dass sie den strengsten internationalen Richtlinien bezüglich Qualitätsstandards entsprechen. Die angegebenen Eigenschaften müssen in Bezug auf Wasch-und Lichtresistenz, Verschleiß, fehlende Weichmittel sowie Stickstofffarben von international anerkannten Fachlaboren und mit geeichten Prüfmitteln, überprüft werden.

Der Bezug muss regelmäßig gereinigt werden um ein intaktes Aussehen beizubehalten, sowie um Schmutz und Unreinheiten zu vermeiden.

Die Bezugsoberﬂ ächen dürfen ausschließlich mit einem feuchten Tuch und spezielle neutrale Reiniger geputzt werden.

Pour satisfaire les exigences du secteur de la collectivité (contract) et de la santé, la société Piaval a sélectionné un large choix de tissus avec plusieurs variantes de couleurs et de qualité (laine, trevira, skai, microﬁ bre).

Beaucoup d’attention a été donné à la qualité des tissus, qui doivent supporter l’usure quotidienne, la lumière, la poussière. Les tissus sont sélectionnés avec beaucoup d’attention pour leurs caractéristiques qui doivent répondre à certains niveaux qualitatifs prévus par les plus rigoureuses normes internationales. Les caractéristiques déclarées des tissus ; résistance aux lavages, à la lumière, à l’abrasion, absence de ftalates et colorants à base de azote, ont été testés par des laboratoires spécialisés, renommés au niveau international. Les tissus doivent être nettoyés régulièrement à ﬁ n de garder leur aspect et prévenir la formation de saleté et agents contaminants. Il faut nettoyer les surfaces du tissu seulement avec un chiffon humide et au savon neutre ou détergents neutres spéciﬁ ques. Tous détergents, solvants et détachants du commerce sont à éviter.

Piaval nutre un profondo rispetto per il legno ed è per questo che nel 2010 ha ottenuto la prestigiosa Certiﬁ cazione Forestale da parte della FSC - Forest Stewardship Council, l’organizzazione internazionale no-proﬁ t e non governativa che promuove una gestione del patrimonio mondiale del legno in maniera ecologicamente ed economicamente responsabile, socialmente utile, rispettosa dei diritti dei lavoratori e delle popolazioni locali.

Tutti i prodotti Piaval certiﬁ cati FSC sono realizzati con legname proveniente esclusivamente da aree forestali salvaguardate e controllate. Piaval utilizza anche gli scarti di lavorazione che vengono sfruttati come combustibile ecologico, perché bruciando rilascia anidride carbonica in quantità pari a quella che era stata assorbita precedentemente dalla pianta viva.
