MEME DESIGN è un marchio registrato di HOMEDESIGN di Cinzia Olivieri s.a.s. L'utilizzo del marchio dev'essere preventivamente richiesto all'azienda.
PREZZI:
I Prezzi indicati nel listino sono espressi in Euro I.V.A. inclusa.
CONSEGNA E TRASPORTO:
I termini di consegna hanno valore indicativo e non vincolante. I prodotti saranno protetti con imballo adeguato standard; eventuali imballi diversi saranno
addebitati al Cliente.
PAGAMENTI:
I Prodotti venduti restano di proprietà MEME DESIGN fino al totale pagamento del prezzo. Nel caso di mancato o parziale pagamento di qualsiasi fattura
da parte del Cliente, MEME DESIGN potrà sospendere le consegne e/o richiedere il pagamento anticipato delle fatture i cui termini non siano ancora
scaduti. MEME DESIGN si riserva la facoltà di interrompere i rapporti commerciali in caso di insolvenza del Cliente.
GARANZIA: RESI E RECLAMI
MEME DESIGN garantisce per il periodo di 24 mesi dalla data di consegna che i Prodotti siano esenti da difetti di fabbricazione e sui materiali,
impegnandosi alla sostituzione gratuita degli stessi, con costi di trasporto a carico del Cliente. Tale garanzia non opera nel caso in cui i difetti siano
conseguenza dell'uso improprio dei Prodotti.
CONTROVERSIE
Per qualsiasi controversia, sarà competente in via esclusiva il Foro di Rimini

PRICES
Prices stated in this list are expressed in Euro VAT not included.
DELIVERY AND TRANSPORT:
The delivery times are indicative and not binding. The products will be protected by appropriate packaging standards, any different packaging will be
charged to the customer.
PAYMENTS
Products sold remain the property MEME DESIGN until full payment of the price. In case of failure or partial payment of any invoice by the customer,
MEME DESIGN may suspend deliveries and / or require advance payment of invoices whose terms have not yet expired. MEME DESIGN reserves the right
to terminate the business relationship in the event of insolvency of the customer.
WARRANTY: RETURNS AND CLAIMS
MEME DESIGN warrants for the period of 24 months from the date of delivery of the Products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials,
committed to the free replacement of the same, with transportation costs paid by the customer. This warranty does not work if the defects are a result of
improper use of the Products.
DISPUTES
Any dispute will be settled exclusively by the competent Court of Rimini

TARIFS:
Les prix indiqués dans cette liste sont exprimés en EURO TTC pas inclus.
LIVRAISON ET TRANSPORT:
Les délais de livraison sont indicatifs et non contraignants. Les produits seront protégés par des normes d'emballage appropriés, tout emballage différent
sera à la charge du client.
PAIEMENTS:
Les produits vendus restent la MEME DESIGN propriété jusqu'au paiement intégral du prix. En cas de panne ou de paiement partiel d'une facture par le
client, MEME DESIGN peut suspendre les livraisons et / ou exiger le paiement des factures dont le mandat n'est pas expiré. MEME DESIGN se réserve le
droit de mettre fin à la relation d'affaires en cas d'insolvabilité du client.
GARANTIE: Retours et Réclamations
Garantit MEME DESIGN pour la période de 24 mois à compter de la date de livraison des produits sont exempts de défauts de matériaux et de fabrication,
commis au remplacement gratuit de la même, avec les frais de transport payés par le client. Cette garantie ne fonctionne pas si les défauts sont le résultat
d'une mauvaise utilisation des Produits commercialisés.
LITIGES:
Tout litige sera tranché exclusivement par le Tribunal compétent de Rimini
