prova orale ANATOMIA SPECIALISTICA DEL DISTRETTO CRANIOFACCIALE - II massiccio facciale ed i suoi rapporti con il neurocranio e con le regioni del collo. Spazi laterali profondi della Faccia: Fossa Infratemporale e Pterigo palatina - Lo sviluppo del massiccio facciale, cenni di embriologia - Anatomia cavo orale: (anatomia macroscopica, microscopica,

topografica, sviluppo, malformazioni, vascolarizzazione ed innervazione) vestibolo, labbra, guance, arcate gengivo-alveolo-dentali superiore ed inferiore, i denti decidui, i denti permanenti, differenze tra denti decidui e permanenti, l'articolazione temporo mandibolare, i muscoli masticatori, i muscoli mimici, le gengive, il periodonto, la cavità buccale propriamente detta, il pavimento della bocca e l'apparato ioideo, la lingua, le ghiandole salivari maggiori e minori, le fauci, la faringe. Regione Temporale Regione Parotidea Regione Masseterina - I nervi cranici attinenti funzionalmente e topograficamente il massiccio facciale ed i collegamenti con l'ortosimpatico. Seminari - Visione d'insieme della crescita cranio-facciale - Biodinamica dell'osso temporale, dell'ATM e del mascellare. Contenuti generali del corso teorico-pratico - Conoscenza teorico-pratica delle ossa costituenti il Neurocranio. - Conoscenza teorico-pratica delle ossa costituenti il Massiccio facciale. - Conoscenza teorico-pratica della cavità buccale e di tutti i suoi componenti. Specifica degli standard pratici: Costruzione plastica o figurata di componenti del cranio, della cavità orale, vascolari e nervosi dell’apparato stomatognatico. (Ciascuno studente può scegliere il mezzo espressivo secondo le capacità attitudinali) L’elaborato può essere esibito in sede di esami di profitto e sarà valutato per il grado di informazioni anatomiche rappresentate.

CRANIOFACIAL ANATOMY - The facial and its relations with the neurocranium and the regions of the neck. Spaces deep side of the Face: infratemporal fossa and pterygo palate - The development of the facial and its embryology. - The oral cavity: (gross anatomy, microscopic, topographic, development, malformations, vascularization and innervation) vestibule, lips, cheeks, gingivalalveolar- dental arches upper and lower deciduous teeth, permanent teeth, the articulated dental the temporomandibular joints, masticatory muscles, the facial

muscles, the gums, the periodontal, the oral cavity itself, the floor of the mouth and hyoid apparatus, the language, the major and minor salivary glands, jaws, the pharynx. Temporal Region Parotid region The masseter region - The cranial nerves related functionally and topographically the facial and the connections with the sympathetic. Seminars - Overview of craniofacial growth - Biodynamic temporal bone, TMJ and jaw. - Techniques and tools for studying morphological and structural in dentistry. Overall content of the theoretical and practical course - Theoretical and practical knowledge of the bones forming the cranium. - Theoretical and practical knowledge of the bones forming the facial massif. - Knowledge of the theory and practice of oral and all of its components. Specifying standards of practice: Construction of plastic or figurative components of the skull, the oral cavity, vascular and nervous stomatognathic apparatus. (Each student can choose the means of expression depending on the capabilities attitudinal) The paper can be performed in the exams and will be evaluated for the degree of anatomical information represented.
